They never get the order right. 2 times in a row they messed up my order. First time I asked for a baconator they gave me a normal burger. Second time I go for breakfast and ask for a bacon breakfast wrap and a breakfast baconator they give a sausage wrap and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Getting a order wrong once is a understandable mistake but 3 items both time I go really?

Horrible service the girl that gives people their order gave me my wrong order I ordered 2 beggie bags and gave me only 2 cheeseburgers she stated that I only ordered that when I told her I want 2 beggie bags twice she gave me a look not the first time I go their and same person gives me wrong order and rolls her eyes at me worker name I belief would me Karina the other lady with glasses was nice and told her I did order 2 beggie bags and gave me my write order poor customer service I hope I do not see that girl serving me again look like she needs more training

I came in on December 14 and ordered a Dave’s double meal with no pickles and 10 piece nuggets I asked if I could have the nuggets fresh and the cashier told me yes. I heard her call out fresh nuggets but did not receive fresh nuggets. I received my burger with pickles after she rung it up without and my fries cold and brown. The cashier showed me she didn’t not care so I asked for a refund. I would not be coming back here again

Every time I try to come here you guys don’t have anything in stock. Always a 10 minute wait. The driver thru people be talking shit they don’t care. I get it’s a fast food restaurant but like get your shit together.

Made a quick stop on the way home and the team member that took our order was polite and friendly. He made this an exceptional experience, even if it was just a quick stop.

Wendy’s food service training has taken a turn for the worse at this location. Ordered a Dave’s double; no pickles, no ketchup, extra onion. What I “got” was technically correct but when the hell did Wendy’s decide to put SHREDDED lettuce AND mustard?! On top of my cheese that wasn’t even melted. It tasted NOTHING like a Wendy’s burger. Very disappointed in myself for having gone to this location for the third time ordering the same thing and getting the same lousy burger. Dave would be ashamed

I was sadly disappointed with my burger presentation. I asked for no pickles and I got a Dave's single. Which means tomatoes and lettuce. The guy in front of me was taking about 10 minutes before he got his food. And I noticed they handed me my bag very quickly, so I just wanted to check to see if it was still warm cuz I don't want to eat cold food. And the burger felt luke warm so I just asked if maybe I could get a hotter one. The fries were fine. She was nice enough to get me another Burger but was kind of irritated I could tell with me, even though I paid $10 for my meal to be hot not cold. And then when I got another Burger it had loads of pickles onions and cheese and that's it. Like why hand me back a burger that isn't even complete. Don't go to this one they won't give you what you ask for.

At this location, they run out of food, they are rude, manager challenges what the app is offering on specials and deals.
I asked for a crispy chicken wrap (my mistake) and was told to go to McDonald's across the street.
I just moved into the neighborhood and tried them 3 times. I'm NEVER going back.

I absolutely hate the way they run it. I ordered a 6 pc. Ghost Pepper chicken nuggets, they gave me Spicy Buffalo. I ate the chicken nuggets because I was gonna be nice about it but you get what you ordered for what you pay for, so I went up there and told them about it. They asked me if I already ate it as if they were going to reuse the chicken nuggets they gave me with the wrong sauce. I'm not even sure what they would've done if they took it back; resell it? Employees eat it? Trash it?. Non of those are viable options either way. It's a health code violation if they did resell it or give it to their employees. Next time I need to check. Anyway that shouldn't even be our jobs; they need to do it properly. They get paid what they get paid.

There was 1 car in line. Waited in line for ten minutes with one car in the drive. Ended up leaving going to Publix. When I left Publix, the car was still in the drive Lane waiting for their order. What happened to fast food? Need to change to slow horrible food.

Very friendly atmosphere and the food is great good morning manager is very polite courteous professional and treats you as family I have breakfast and lunch with my son and there's nowhere else we would go
