Americana, 50s, diner is a weekly Meal for us in our household. We absolutely love the service and the food. There is lots to choose from. Some of my favorite is the southern fried chicken and the lemon chicken orzo soup. I also like the open hot beef sandwich.

Food was horrible!!! Fish and chips I had to send back because the fish was soggy and the fries were cold and soggy. The meatloaf was terrible, it looked like chili with rice in it! The country fried steak was tough and tasted like rubber - I gave it to my dog. The instant mashed potatoes were gross tasted like paste ?. Needless to say, my husband and I went to bed hungry after spending $35.00 on meals that were garbage! Don’t waste your money here!

I love this place it reminds me so much of the diners that I used to go to when I was a little kid. You will receive great personalized service by the waitresses at the Americana diner the owner and his wife sit at a table next to the cash register they look like they might be in their 90's they're very sweet and hospitable. I had a great breakfast there before that I had a great lunch. Come and check it out yourself it's everything that you would expect it to be and more and the prices are very reasonable.
Vegetarian options: As with any other place that also serves meat simply asked which items contain meat and if the items that you're inquiring about have some type of meat in them typically ask them to make it without

Wheelchair accessibility: Not much room inside to work with a wheelchair, only a few seating placements would work. Definitely worth it to sit outside.
The food was your typical diner experience with some greasy, delicious fried potatoes, crispy bacon, and perfectly done over easy eggs, which isn't always an easy feat. Service was good if you didn't mind yelling over the half wall next to you for something. Atmosphere was, well, rather chaotic with items that just seemed to be set around or hung up to make it look like a 50's diner. Cleanliness? Forget it! This place is filthy!!! My friend stated it was old. I told her so am I, but I'm clean! LOL Definitely should have & could be better maintained. The bathroom was totally disgusting! It looked like you could use a putty knife to get all the dirt off the floor. Ugh! Then you have to go back & have second thoughts about finishing your breakfast cuz you stand in line in front of the kitchen pass-through window, almost next to your waitress just standing there, looking at a disgusting floor thinking how bad that is, and then you see the bathroom! I'm afraid the Health Dept. could have a field day in here! Also, you think you'll get out of the heat into cold A/C to relax & enjoy your meal. Nope! It was at least 80 degrees or more in there. Would I go back? Yes, but I'd wear cooler clothes & pee before I left home! LOL
