Every single time I order a milkshake on DoorDash they forget a straw. I really don’t get it at this point

I hope this message finds you well, though I must admit that my recent experience at your establishment left me quite frustrated and disappointed. I’m writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I encountered during my visit on last Sunday afternoon at around 2:30-3:00 PM.
I was looking forward to treating my son to a simple chocolate ice cream on what I assumed would be a festive opening day weekend. However, the service we received was far from the enjoyable experience I had anticipated.
Upon entering the store, my son excitedly asked for chocolate ice cream. Imagine our surprise when the lady behind the counter not only removed the chocolate flavor from the cabinet but then proceeded to place it behind her, effectively hiding it from view. When I inquired about the chocolate ice cream, she simply informed me that they didn’t have it available, which was baffling considering it was the opening weekend—the perfect time to showcase your full range of flavors.
What was even more frustrating was her lack of interest in assisting us further. After she mentioned only four flavors were available, I felt compelled to express my disappointment. Instead of attempting to rectify the situation or offer alternatives, the woman seemed completely indifferent to our presence and our request. It felt as though our desire for a simple treat was an inconvenience to her.
As a parent, it was disheartening to see my son’s excitement turn to disappointment because of a lack of enthusiasm and care from your staff. I would expect that on an important opening weekend, your team would be eager to engage with customers, promote your offerings, and provide an atmosphere filled with joy and excitement. Instead, we were met with indifference and a sense of dismissal.
I understand that not every day can be perfect, and that sometimes things can go awry in a busy establishment. However, customer service is paramount, and it’s essential that your staff embodies the values of your brand, especially during special occasions like an opening weekend.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it reflects not just my experience but also the potential for future visits from myself and my family. I truly hope that necessary changes can be made to ensure that customers are treated with the respect and care they deserve, regardless of the situation.

Great experience from beginning to end. Employees Jessica and Will were very friendly, attentive, and provided our order in a timely manner. Probably one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a long time. We will definately take the extended drive to dine here. Thank You!

Tell me how I order online have a confirmation number and a receipt and when I get there they say it's not in their computer and proceed to tell me I'm at the wrong location. So I showed them I was at the right location and they sat there giving me attitude telling me I can't have the food I paid for.....then tell me to go on the app to get a refund because there's nothing they can do for me. Mind you I did it on the website as a guest and can't even do that so when I asked for cooperates number they refused to give it to me....You have some classy people working for you that's for sure. Don't go here they will scam you out of your money and then act like you are and idiot. Horrible customer service.Update:The manager called me because I called cooperate and she was rude too, so the problem stems from there.

I ordered online, when I got to the drive through they couldn’t locate the order. I went inside to speak with a store associate to show them my order information on my phone. The order had not been received yet and I didn’t have time to wait, so I asked for a full refund. The store associate couldn’t refund my order and referred me to call customer service. So I called customer service to report the issue. While on hold my order comes through. Since I already spent the time waiting, I wanted my order. I ordered a banana split. The store associate proceeded to ask me “How do I want the banana cut?” I was so confused and baffled by the question because it’s not that complicated. I’m speaking with customer service because I already spent 30 minutes to pick up an order I placed online and wanted to file a complaint. When I look back at my order, the associate is giving me my order in a sundae cup jammed with 3 scoops of ice cream, banana and toppings. I mean that’s not a banana split. The associate explained they didn’t have the proper containers for the banana split. I refused the order and requested to speak to a manager to request a refund because this is not what I ordered. The manager was not available and I have to return to deal with this situation tomorrow. This is my first time ordering online and going to this location. Overall bad experience not receiving what I ordered and a huge inconvenience to me to deal with to get a rightfully owed refund.

Poor service... Icecream is not labeled... donuts and cones tend to be stale late in the day if they have them at all... only redeeming quality is that it is open all night
Went to order the advertised Oreo MegaStuf Cone. Staff seemed confused about how to do that.It's apparently supposed to come with two scoops of cookies and creme, two layers of Oreo creme, and Oreo pieces in top.I got a tiny single scoop in a chocolate cone.
They don't give samples. Because of COVID. In 2023.
The four of us came here, and they got three of our orders wrong, gave us the wrong munchkins, and the cones had glue on them. 0/10

your donuts suck dried out and not enough Variety to choose And the people that were working there. Didn't care for you're at the counter busy doing their thing... and the price for nasty donuts are not worth the price... dozen dried out ? for $12 .. I will get donuts at wawa fresh and don't have to wait to get them... I wouldn't go back anymore...valve has chanced ... and no ice cream 6 various choose from not anything.. and couldn't do survive said this not a store number 340468 store on US 19 in Holiday fl.

So, the children that work here enjoyed themselves this evening by NOT working. An ice cream place that doesn’t have ice cream? They claimed they didn’t have chocolate or vanilla for a milkshake. At 6pm, they don’t have the most basic flavors? And the boy child that works there proceeded to wail over the intercom. Loudly. That was fun, listening to a teen display his lack of social skills or perhaps, rehearsal to become a zoo animal. Typical for Holiday, Florida. Go anywhere else.
