Visited this bar for my first time and the energy was top tier. I love that it’s a clean bar, not just appearance but when you walk in you can feel the cleanliness of the bar. The food was delicious. The bartenders were attentive, they were overall thee best. I definitely felt welcomed there. I give The Proper Pint 5 stars across the board 😉

Haven't been here often after a friend sold it after covid. And I think since then it's had 3 other owners. Came today for the fish n chips. Definitely the best around and a huge portion for the very respectable $15. Batter is light, fish is flakes and moist, chips are seasoned perfectly. Bartender was fantastic and atmosphere was quite on a Sunday afternoon

Brennans is a cool place to hang out and eat. The atmosphere is welcoming. It can be loud if you are trying to have conversations do the bands. The food is really good. Staff and patrons are cool...BUT to be charged $2 for ice in each alcoholic drink, I had 3, is not only not cool but a rip off. Extra charge of $6 just for ice?? Owner not cool for these policies thus I will never visit here or any of his other establishments such as The Kangaroo in npr. Did this bar sell again??? So this post comes after believe in new owners reply. I went back and this time charged $2 for ice instead of $3 when everyone else in town charges .25 cents. funny and I blame myself because fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me! Wow! And done there forever!!!!!!!

I am a Shepard pie guy and it was awesome. Staff was very attentive. Wings with the hot sauce were delicious. Drinks were on point. My girl had the irish beef and lived it. I would definitely go back again with there new management!
