Service at this location is lower quality than I've ever experienced. And it's at the hands of ownership. Refusing coupons and rewards due to a food shortage is the wildest thing I've heard from a franchise location. There is no food shortage, there is a money shortage for the location. Previous visits, I've waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only one other car in the drive thru, just to receive the wrong order, cold. It's not the staff's fault. It's the owner who can't staff the restaurant, or honor Burger Kings reward system. Drove 2 miles down the road to the next location and had zero issue. This owner is bad business.
