One of Mark’s greatest strengths is his ability to keep operations running efficiently. At Charleys Cheesesteaks, the lunch rush can be overwhelming, with long lines of hungry customers expecting quick service and fresh food. Mark manages these busy times with remarkable composure, directing staff to their roles, making sure orders are prepared accurately, and stepping in himself when extra hands are needed. They constantly screw up your food and they do not want to make good for it so imagine ordering getting the wrong food and then basically telling you to deal with it. The Help there is completely disrespectful. They are rude. I would give this zero stars if I could, but they don’t give you the option. Truthfully, this place needs to be closed down and something better needs to be put in its place.
