I ordered the special 4 for $4.00 for me and my son and I asked the young men for a side of cheese sauce for the fries .When they gave me my order I was confused because I thought they had given me the wrong order, but the guy told me that they didn't have tiny cups for the cheese sauce so they put it inside the white styrofoam container for hot dogs. The cheese was starting to leak. I wish they would have told me from the beginning that they didn't have the tiny cup for the cheese sauce. I would have never ordered it. They also forgot to put an apple pie in one of the orders.
I know fast food restaurants aren't very clean but this restaurant looks like they never clean it. I would never order from this location again.

I went here for hot wings, ordered paid and was told to go to the front and park to wait for the food. After waiting 15 minutes our food was brought out. I had ordered blue cheese with my wings and didn't realize till I was half way home I was given ranch. I drove back in traffic and asked for blue cheese instead of the ranch and was told there out. I was very upset I was not told this while ordering or after ordering. I would have ordered something else. Bad customer service experience and ruined my day.

Store made us wait 20 minutes and we went thru the drive thru worker at the drive thru had nasty dirty finger nails no gloves when we got the food food is cold terrible service here I would avoid this one

It took them longer than 5 min to even response to me being there waiting to get my order. Also I didn't know that checkers serve dog hair with fries, very disappointed, this is not the checkers I grew up eating. Just sad how poor management can make a business go down..

Got the chicken box fries and funnel cake fries. Funnel cake fries were not as good as I thought. Chicken was ok but I've had better at checkers.

Horrible they charge me for Sunday strawberry cheesecake Sunday two of them today never gave it to me yesterday the same thing for two days in a row they charge me for the food and I don’t even get everything. I will never recommend this place to no one because they don’t know how to do their job and when you go to ask them instead of putting your money back, they complain like I did something wrong not them.

The guy from the drive through said i was a pain in the ass while ordering because i never had an AI get my order on a drive thru and i asked her to read my order back just to make sure she got my order correctly. The guy told my husband “he did not know he had his headset on while he said that rude comment about me ordering”. Some people just doesn’t deserve to work with customers. I’m glad AI is growing because apparently some people can’t handle a simple job. This was on February 21,2025 at 6:30pm.

First time trying checkers. I get the burger meal #4 and the chicken tenders. Food was really good. The staff were awesome!! Thanks to the gentleman who took my order and the manager does an excellent job with service and staff. I’ll be back soon. Also they have a drive thru for cars and a pedestrian window. That’s great to see.
