Their dumb AI that takes orders cannot understand an order. I ordered a burger with NO ketchup, mustard, or special sauce. Added mayo. Got nothing changed that I ordered. Had to throw the burger away. Get rid of the AI or have your employee read the order.

The big guy at the drive-thru window is not in his element. He has the worst customer service attitude I've ever seen. It's as if you're disturbing him by making him work just to get your food. And the language they use between each other while I'm within earshot was pretty disgusting too. I ordered a fish sandwich in the fish. Patty was either burnt or old because it was too hard to even chew! The fries and the drink were the only good thing!

Absolutely terrible. Waiting for 15 minutes to pick up an order and they are ignoring me. Literally been looked at by everyone tonight. The order was ready and was sitting on the counter yet they were ignoring me the entire time. Never again coming to checkers.

Sit outside the window for five minutes while staff continue talking with one another without even acknowledging, I can understand if you are busiest service but at least ignore customer informed them that it will be a couple minutes instead of just awkwardly staring periodically. The only way you can apparently get services in a car.

I came by last night and I was in disbelief of what a saw. There was a young sweet girl working her butt off trying to get orders out and going from making burgers to fries while a big white man just stood there and dosed off. If that was my restaurant I would give that girl a big thank you, she looked very exhausted but when she slid past the man nodding out at the window she was the sweetest girl. She hanged me my food and told me to have a wonderful night in the calmest voice. The man was wearing a red checkers shirt. I hope this gets delt with I will not be returning.

As per pinellas county health department inspections, they always get violations due to cleanliness issues. Also if you submit a question through the app, you never get an answer. It's been 37 days since i sent my question to their support team
Always great food. Love the prime rib waitresses are always friendly and nice. Never had a bad experience

I this is the 2nd time in a row I have chosen to spend 20 bucks at checkers no not get half of what I ordered I went there for there famous apple pie but nope that didn't make it into the bag ether, after waiting at the drivethrough window for 7 minutes no not realized I was missing half my order until I got home. Ps this happens last time I was here. Needless to say I'll go somewhere else from now no that will give me what I actually paid for.

I must have forgotten how much more burger the Big Buford offers. They don’t try to make up for a little patty with a pile of processed French fries. The meal deal was plenty. Their fries are great. A very competitive value. I’ll be back!

Usually its pretty good , the food is right and guy at window is nice , i went today after work to get a burger, they new young guy has a bad attitude , doesnt speak and shrugged his shoulders at me when i asked a question. Then got my order wrong , i had 2 for 4 burgers with mus, pic, onion only . He put mayo, lettuce, pickles, onion..... He just dont care ........ Next time im gonna ask him what his problem is.
