“I go to this location almost everyday and online order before school. Everyone is always so kind even when the drive thru line is long. Sometimes I bring my dog with me and they are always so nice to her and talk about how cute she is when I get her a pup cup (even though she barks so loud at them). My food and drinks are always so good and I’ve never had a bad experience. The guy with the long hair and an accent is always so nice with my dog and asks questions about her“

“Came in today and ordered a maple bacon egg and cheese bagel but forgot to ask for an everything bagel! John immidiately offered to remake it and let me keep the original. It meant so much to me and my grandmother, especially on the tough day we’re having. Even when she messed up her coffee order, they offered to remake it but i mean you guys had done more than enough.
