You advertise that you’re open at 1:51 PM today but have workers standing by the drive-through window not answering the drive-through speaker. Do better. I shouldn’t have to get out with my newborn to go inside to order a coffee.

Ah, Dunkin' Donuts, the place where dreams of caffeine are brewed and promptly shattered! Every time I go, I play a fun little game called *Guess What I Ordered vs. What I Got*. Spoiler: I lose every time.
Ordered a caramel latte with oat milk? Surprise! Here’s a black coffee with a splash of confusion. Asked for a glazed donut? Nope, here’s a bagel as dry as my sense of humor after waiting 20 minutes.
But hey, they’re consistent! Consistently wrong, that is. At this point, I don’t even care what they give me—I just hope it’s warm and caffeinated. And honestly, their confidence in giving me the wrong order is so bold, I almost admire it. Almost.
5 stars for entertainment, 1 star for accuracy. Would I go back? Absolutely. It’s like a caffeinated lottery, and I’m addicted to the chaos.

I stop here very early in the morning on my way to work to get my coffee. The girl that works over night is very sweet and the coffee is always hot and fresh. I only stop here because because of her. She's beautiful too 🤭.

My drinks are always made correctly, and the drive through staff are kind; which is great. But today I went inside to collect my mobile order and had a less than stellar experience at the counter.
The woman running the counter, appeared middle age (didn’t have a name tag), rudely looked at me standing by the mobile order spot and said “can I help you?” I said “yes, do you have a mobile order for Madison?” She looked at the empty mobile order pick up spot and said “well it’s not there.” And went on taking more orders.
Frustrated, I went to the regular pick up counter and asked the drive through staff if they had my order and they did.
Do better lady at the counter!

If I could give a zero I would. Rude staff. I simply wanted to order a few items that I redeemed from points in the app, the cashier didn’t, charged me the full amount and then looked at me in disgust when I questioned her. There are a ton of other Dunkin locations and I won’t be back to this one. Good luck if you patronize this unhappy location.
