I went in, intending to get a coffee and a doughnut and to use the restroom. I asked to use the restroom first and I was treated like I was a drug addict. I wasn’t even Trusted with the key to the restroom I had to be let in. I’m surprised I didn’t have to get patted down and go through a metal detector as well. Regardless, the cashier said in a very condescending tone that’s for paying customers only at that point I amended my order to just buy a doughnut which he charged me for not asking what kind of donut I wanted, and immediately proceeded to come around the counter begrudgingly having to let me into the restroom. When I came out, I waited a few minutes with no one in line and no one acknowledging me just waiting for my doughnut which I still have yet to order. I think the girl tried to make up for it, cause she saw how badly I was being treated by her coworker, and she slipped me an extra donut, which I very much appreciate, but unfortunately doesn’t make up for the judgmental nature in which I was treated from the very beginning

I've had bad food from a restaurant before. Never once have I thought about leaving a review about it. But in my 59 years of life I have never had anything as abominable as I got from this restaurant today. I was gagging by the second bite. I wouldn't even call that slop I was served food.
I got the sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. I don't even know where to start. To call that a croissant, should be a crime. A croissant should be puffy and flaky. This tasted like it was made out of paste. It was gummy and chewy and flavorless.
The egg and sausage tasted like a stage prop and tasted like neither sausage nor egg. Not to mention the amount of Grease dripping from the sandwich.
I also got their hash browns. Those tasted like they were fried in six-month-old truck stop grease.
Please stick to just making donuts and don't inflict this on any other human being.
If you're thinking of stopping here to get a breakfast sandwich, may I suggest going dumpster diving at McDonald's. Your food will taste far better. Literally the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth.

I did a drive thru order and they forgot food in my bag and charged me extra for something I didn’t receive and all this for them to not be busy ☹️

This Location is horrible all around specially the Team Members and Management incredibly RUDE and disrespectful. I personally had given them so many chances and I guess they don't care.
( I can't have creamers on the side, the large ice coffee comes w only 4 pumps of creamers, too late to scann your app next time, I can't have the Ice matcha latte light ice because the cup will be half full! ) this is the things I have been told..... oh and they charged me for an empty cup! 😆

This place.... Just can not get it right. Ever. for a notoriously terrible chain, this one is exceptionally bad. And the staff is beyond rude. Will call you a liar to your face while they are the ones mistaken and in the wrong. How dare you make your customers feel like that. And then after the obnoxious wait, the beverage is incorrect. Honestly, its ice and coffee....i just dont see why its so hard. Also maybe look for people with people skills.

Very inconsistent service. Often have to wait too long to tell them your order even if there's no one in line. I will continue to go there because it's convenient.

A lady at the counter didn't greet costumer after entering the establishment and saying hello. Very rude and bad attitude towards life and work.🚩🚩she has a couple of earrings in here noise. 🤔🤔🤔

We ended up leaving because they were obviously under staffed. They were trying but people kept coming in and they just couldn't keep up. There were only 2 employees that I could see.

do not come to this location. these workers are the rudest people EVER. they don’t wear gloves, they don’t care to do their jobs at all, they will get your order wrong, and they are so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. one girl is the worst out of them all. I work in customer service and I know what it is like to have to work for people all day and one of the things they always tell you is that the customer is always right to to have a good customer service attitude. do not come here. if I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Upon receiving my food order I was looking through the bag to ensure everything was in there. I turned to say that my drink did not have whip cream and the employee at window had the most nasty rude facial expression. I then decided to just go but I asked her if that was everything since she kept returning with one item and she gave me a rude nod without a verbal response. She never greeted or thanked me. Did not give me a receipt. I then googled store to call and two times it rang and rang over 10x with no answer. Extremely poor service. Not welcoming or friendly. I would have preferred to speak to manager to get Mt order corrected.
