I've been to this location multiple times and never had any issues until today. Not a huge deal, but enough to annoy me that I wasted my time and money. I went there specifically because i was craving a sausage egg and cheese croissant. I get home and I pull a bagel out of the bag. I even repeated my order twice and they still gave me the wrong thing.

I went in to order a refresher and donut. There was one person a head of me ordering, one waiting for their order, and one seated guest. After taking the person's order in front of me, the employee proceeded to the drive through and stared at the register as if confused. Five minutes passed before someone acknowledged my presence. When I was finally asked to order, the lady never made eye contact and basically threw my order on the counter. This place used to be friendly and good customer service. At one point, they were a community partner with a local elementary school. If any of them applied to work for me, I'd remember them and make sure to not hire.

Never had such poor customer service. Even the manager was rude and demeaning. I had my phone on the counter to get the points while i was giving my order. The cashier saw me put it out for my points and I even told him what I was doing. He rang up the order without scanning and then he and the manager blamed me for not ā€œholding it upā€ for them to see. Unbelievable. They said they would have to refund me the money and reorder to give me the points, knowing there was a line behind me. The cashier didn’t look at me but shook his finer at me telling me it was my fault… insane. Maybe drive thru is better. Avoid going in this one if you can.

Ordered coffee only and it was fresh, hot and tasted great. Service was friendly and quick. I order an American with 3 Splenda and 4 creams. Perfect. Price is average, but there coffee has a rich, strong flavor. Worth a little extra.

The staff was incredibly rude, I asked for four dozen donuts they didn’t have them so I chose to get two dozen donuts then I asked if I could get an empty box so I could split them up and they tried charging me for an empty box. The cashier was rude. The cashier was dismissive. I will not be returning here, also they do not even make their donuts here they get Shipped in .
