Worse service ever. Will never go back trying to get dinner went to drive thru. 1car in front of me took over 20 minutes so I walked in. That was even worse. The employees were talking to each other and not paying attention to any one. I ordered 2 - 2 piece meals and they told me $32.00. I asked for the manager and he quoted me $31.00. Never going there again

Do not expect any service at this place after 9pm. Whatever you try to order they are out of it and the staff treats you like you're crazy for expecting them to have food ready even though they are open for another hour. If you're not going to have chicken at night you may as well close the store.

I went to the KFC tonight in Holiday. I attempted to place my order three different times for the speaker to some young person who is not listening or obviously listening to something other than what I was saying through the speaker and repeating my water back to me incorrectly on multiple occasions. This person could clearly not take my order so I said I will go to the window and I will give you my order directly. But I got to the window. They told me that I was not able to place the order at the window for my truck but instead I would either have to come into the store or drive around to the speaker and they would not take my order at the window. There were no cars behind me. I spoke to the general manager who came to the window and smirked at me and told me the same thing. I asked him for the name of the owner which he refused to give me. I asked him for the contact information for the owner, which was also refused. if this is how they treat their customers, they can find another one that won't be me.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. The crew is rude, slow and managed to get my order wrong. They are talking with themselves while we wait at the drive thru window for 22 min. I don’t see how, with the bad food and horrible service they can stay in business.
