Horrible experience today . We waited over 15 -20 minutes on the drive through no one would answer the PA system left my car 🚙 to go inside they said they did not know there were cars on line which was a lie the lady ahead of my car went in to notify that they where waiting for someone to take their order 8 m before I went in I was stuck for over 24 minutes because there where other cars behind me . It is unacceptable for the staff to have the customer waiting that long and there no way to get around if you want to leave very disappointed…. too bad they losing customers bad experience with KFC today .

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager told my wife who was on break, that me nor her asked for extra crispy chicken. When we had asked 2 times for extra crispy chicken. Continued to say we didn’t ask for extra crispy. Then the manager gets on the phone with my wife and proceeds to tell her we didn’t ask for our order the way we wanted our order. Very unprofessional manager. They didn’t want to make our order from the start when we asked for the family meal. Then left us on the speaker for 5 mins to come back and ask if we wanted the meal or just chicken to then take another 5 mins to tell us we could only have dark meat for the family meal. MANAGER AND CREW MEMBERS clearly all didn’t want to do their job this afternoon at 1 pm.

Im a uber eats driver, and This place never has food ready. Pluse everytime I come into this place it smells like mold and/or wet wood. This place needs to be remodeled ASAP. I would never come here to eat food. Unfortunately, I still have to come here to pick up food. But this place is definitely not safe to be eating inside after waiting for 5 minutes for food to be ready. For pickup, I started getting a headache and sneezing, that's a sign of black mold

This KFC has disappointed me a lot :/ but today was the WORSE, chicken looked like and tasted like it was cooked in months old oil,or rather overcooked im unsure of the two, the biscuits were stale and tasted like plastic,and the mac and cheese had that same weird plastic-like aftertaste. I hate wasting food but im afraid everything went in the trash.

Unfortunately, the poor reviews this location has is justified. On July 30th, around 8pm, I visited this location, and for the last three visits in a row (it might even be four), they had no white meat chicken for the #1 fill up bowl combo. I can't help but think this has to be one of your more popular menu items. I can understand once, or even twice. Things happen, but for it to happen three times in a row in a two week period tells me there is no perogative for the management team to have white meat chicken on hand. I would normally give the food itself a 5 star, but considering I drove off without any food the past three times, it gets a one.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at your establishment. Unfortunately, I have yet to have a satisfactory visit at this location. On one occasion, I observed employees engaged in a dispute over the intercom, which created a negative atmosphere for customers.

Additionally, during another visit, I endured an excessive wait time of over an hour for my food, as it was forgotten that I had been parked while waiting for the chicken to finish cooking. Most recently, on July 1, 2025, I visited the holiday location, only to be met with an unprofessional and frustrated employee who informed me that they were out of chicken.

These incidents have raised significant concerns about the management and operational standards at this store. I believe that immediate action is necessary to improve the service quality. Whether it requires shutting down the location or implementing a thorough staff re-evaluation, training, and re-hiring process, something needs to be addressed as soon as possible.
