Considering it was only 3p-3:30p, the lobby had 1 other person inside and drive-thru was sparaticly busy when we went to pick up dinner we never expected to be told they were out of Dark meat 🍖 🫨 exactly what we wanted of course lol. A 30min wait is what we are told til a new batch of chicken will be done cooking & draining so we wait & let me say that was a 1st for me having fresh cooked kfc worth the wait! cooked perfectly wasn't all greasy like it...
I just have to give a shoutout to the lady at the drive-thru! She wasn't just professional; she was so sweet and thoughtful. She really made me feel like a VIP customer. A VALUED customer. Wishing her the best day ever. I walked away feeling totally content, appreciative and happy with how things went :)
