After school pick up decided on ordering through the app for drive thru pick up. It was not busy, we were the first car in the drive thru and one pulled up while we were at the pick up window. When checking the bag I honestly just do an item count so we had all items ordered. When I got home and opened the bag I realized that my QPC wasn't correct and then realized the number was from a different order. NGL we always order from the app, and my wife does it on her phone so I've paud attention to the numbers on the items. I called and was told I had to bring the item back to get the correct item or a refund. So I'd have to turn around and go back making the entire order cold or bring the kid home and then go back, making my whole order cold. When mentioning that to the employee on the phone the response was well you can bring it back another day for a refund. Of course I'm not going to have the home family's order cold and gross, and they wouldn't remake the whole order so the whole order was fresh for the inconvenience of having to go back for thier mistake. There's always something wrong with at least one item when we order - Usually its something was left on that wasn't supposed to be so removing it is annoying but its easy to do. But the order I got was basically a plain cheeseburger with pickles instead of a QPC and the items that make it a QPC.

The quality of the food is always great. Best McDonald's on 19. Every time I go to this location, my fries are hot and salted. Sweet tea has been sweet and my order has been correct every single time I go to this location.

NEVER get my sauces. I always have to check and ask for them, even when I PAY for extra. Even when I do delivery my wife or I have to drive to the store to get our sauces. Ridiculous. Every time.

Out of convenience I have used this store quite a lot over the past 5 years. Out of all the orders I have placed, I have only had a handful that were correct. I always have to check the food and most times I also have to get at least one item corrected. Save yourself some time and just choose a different location

They close their lobby well before the time posted on the door and online constantly.

I’ve put in mobile orders and went to go get my food just for them to have a closed lobby and drive thru only open, since I can’t get a refund in store or on my app it’s 1000% theft and customer service is impossible to find which means I paid for food I never got, and NEVER once was able to get my money back.

Not a single employee ever helped and the manager didn’t even try to give me corporate number for help or anything , no one offered help or even just opened the door to give me my already paid for order. Which leave me to believe they ate my order on my dime and pretty much scammed me.

It’s embarrassing not every single person in the world has a car for the drive thru and the dining room hours are clearly posted on the door.

This location should be shut down it’s ratchet and something weird is going on here.
