Keep spreading that LOVE! The man behind the smoke, Q himself! First time in the area and caught the smell of that fire rolling out of the BBQ! If you are looking for one of the BEST pulled pork sandwiches on the East Coast you have to make the stop. ( Excuse the bite mark, couldn’t wait ) Located right on the corner in the parking lot of the house the lord built!
The 1/2 rack of ribs was right on point with a great bark! If you are looking for sides that talk to you, you gotta go with the MAC! Thanks again for sharing your heart in every dish!

I don't even know where to start with my review, the service, the food? Both incredible! We ordered over the phone and as we approached, noticed plenty of parking in the church parking lot. The 2 young men working the food truck were very polite and professional. We noticed them working hard and running the place smoothly, while changing things out as needed. We had a question about their hot garlic sauce for their seafood and they were able to let us taste it. OMG. IT WAS PHENOMENAL. Already impressed, we left with our food with high hopes for our food and it did not disappoint. Wow, is all I can say. The flavor, quality, and value all so perfect. We ordered seafood and barbecue and the barbecue was tender and the seafood was seasoned just right. If you are thinking about trying this local eatery, don't hesitate any longer. We will be back. The 5 star reviews are not lying one bit. Keep up the good work!

Some of if not THE BEST bbq and broil in Holiday. The pork is so soft and the sauce he makes is incredible. I also tried the crawfish and it was just as juicy and flavorful. Q , the owner, was great to chat with and the customer service is top notch. I will be going back and recommending.
