I walked in and the store was completely empty. All of the staff were in the back. I sat at the register for a few minutes until someone came out and acknowledged me. I ordered a bottled drink and when she asked if I wanted anything else I looked up at the menu, and she very loudly sighed and rolled her eyes. She could see my face and how I reacted. I said you know what, never mind. Don’t even worry about it. I didn’t even get my change. I just wanted to get out of the store. Don’t act like I’m an inconvenience. You chose to work there! She was an older woman who was working on a 3 o’clock shift during Saturday. She needs customer service 101. I was the only customer and you treated me like that. That is a way to get people to not come back.

Updatung my review got 2 sandwich there last night and they where a bit busy but there where 3 employees working .The girl making my sandwiches need to get more lettuce which she did she came out from back with a bag that look to be old and wilted and it was but she used it anyway on my sandwich this made it to soggy and slimmy I could not eat it not going to this subway again. She should have known not to use that old product. To the owner make sure the employees are using fresh produce!!

My husband with to the store to get us 2 sandwiches on 10/26/24 and the old lady was extremely rude. She kept huffing and puffing anytime my husband asked for anything. When she was packing up the sandwiches my husband asked for extra napkins and she ripped out like 5 off them and shoved them in the bag and told my husband "if you need more then go to the store". We eat here often and this experience was completely uncalled for.

The nightshift were awesome and friendly despite unfit working conditions. Working through a hurricane with no air conditioning and corporate seeming to refuse to fix it. Truly unfair a corporation worth millions paying low wages and leaving their employees to suffer in the humidity and heat of the building. It was so uncomfortable most customers decided to wait outside for their orders.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waited 15 minutes to be helped. Watched the older lady treat the other staff poorly as she was assisting customers. As she was assembling my sandwich after, I noticed a hair on the sandwich and requested a new one to be made politely. She was annoyed and arguing with me that she didn’t see the hair. She then held up the sandwich while arguing with me and I pulled the hair off of it and showed it to her. She refused to make me another sandwich even after pulling the hair off. I tried calling to speak to a manager about the incident as it needs to be addressed with the staff about cleanliness and hygiene- goes to voicemail and voicemail is full. Go anywhere but this place.
