Tina was AWESOME!! It’s late and I was so thankful you were open! She went above and beyond for us! I noticed she was dealing with a huge rush of people, by herself and was still smiling! I waited until she wasn’t so busy bc she was by herself… but She was working her tail off to get everything back right for the next people! She greeted us with a big smile. Offered us drinks or cookie or chips! I forget I love your cookies too!! We’ll definitely be back to see her again! And as busy as she was she still made us smile and it was a very pleasant visit!!

This used to be a great subway, I always had a pleasant experience going there, The employees were friendly and didn't mind making the sandwich the way I wanted it. Well it's not that way now the staff acts as if they are doing you a favor making the sandwich, They want to make it their way and asking for more spinach gets you back sass about portion controls, to add the heavy set blond lady who calls herself the general manager has no customer skills

I used to go to the subway and had such an amazing experience. I recently returned to the subway three times this past week and the first time the new manager and heavyset blonde woman was outside smoking cigarettes at the front door with another young man, I’ve looked past that and got my sub and left The second accession same exact thing was happened on the third occasion I could smell the scent of marijuana so strongly and she would not excuse herself from the front door I immediately walked in got my sub. It was a very nice young woman working. I will say that she was extremely skinny and had glasses. She made my sub amazing but when I went to leave the other lady, she literally threw a joint on the ground in front of me. I will never return back to the Subway®. In holiday You really need to do something about this new management it’s unexceptable

Come here a couple times a week usually and came in last night and got a sub from Jessica and the night before and got one from another lady (forgot her name). Super nice people, greats service, even when by themselves with a lot of people in the lobby they kept cool.
Hands down worst experience in a store. The employees are wasted, geeked out of there minds. They could barely keep there eyes open, the female employee walked out after a custormer wanting to fight him. They had no idea what went on a sandwich, had to tell them 5 times there making the wrong sandwich again. There were pieces of the plastic gloves they wear in the sandwiches. Two people walked in as we were leaving, I told them to run and get out. Stay away from this store

The people that work here at night God Bless them I feel bad for them it’s such a sketch area at night but everytime me and my husband go the ladies are so sweet and make our sandwhiches perfectly it’s just the actual store that sucks and the comments about the bathroom they deal with sketchy people so there’s a reason they don’t let people use the restroom there

I Stopped there and was refused to use the bathroom until I made a purchase. I clearly needed to go bad but the two employees were too busy talking and could careless if you pee yourself. So I kept my money and manged somehow to make it elsewhere . Subway's customer service has become inexistant.

We've had issues with this store before, but this is the last straw. My brother got food poisoning and threw up from a tuna footlong we just ordered. The cheese and aioli oil felt off. When we tried to contact the restaurant they don't answer at all. It's insane.
