The food is AMAZING. Never thought inside of a car dealership would be such a great restaurant. Very smart with so many employees and people being there hours buying a car. Makes the dealership stand above the rest!

The Manager of new Car sales is Dishonest and do not care at all about Disable Veterans or Seniors, regardless if he got family members in the Service, if it is true. Around 3 months ago we got to an agreement and he was not about to honor it, with the excuse of decrease in the market for used vehicles buy out. I was told by both ( salesman and Manager), that the worst it could happened is, that I get a better deal. That was not the case and he try to insult my Intelligence. As a College graduate and do not take that very LIGHTLY and as a Veteran even less. Is bad enough that they did not give me the $500 discount that APPEAR on the website. Veterans should always get a discount and that is not going to brake them, because is a Tax Deduction at the end of the year. So, I stop him right then and there and told him he was a lier, very dishonest and a man that do not have a Word or Integrity, so I was done. If it was not because of my salesman that a few years ago bought the last Highlander from him and he went and try to CONVINCE him, I would not buy the 2023 Sienna Hybrid XSE. AS A MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR THAT I WAS, FROM THE ***** FORCES, I THINK HE SHOULD BE FIRE OR DEMOTED, IF YOU WANT ME TO COME BACK BEXT TIME, BECAUSE I CHANGED MY CARS LIKE EVERY 2 YEARS. ********************* DID GREAT AND FOUGHT FOR US. THE OTHER PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE AND HAD TOLD THIS DEALER AND OTHERS, THAT WHEN I COME TO BUY A VEHICLE, I WANT THE MAX OUT THE **** PRICE FROM THE GET GO OR I WILL WALK OUT. I DO NOT LIKE THOSE GAMES AND I WAS A CAR ****SMAN IN CALI AND DID NOT LIKE WHEN THEY DID THAT TO MY POTENTIAL BUYERS. I FOUGHT FOR MY LATIN PEOPLE AND EVEN IF I LOST THE **** AND THE COMMISION, I TOLD THEM TO GO TO ANOTHER DEALER, SO THEY DO NOT TAKE THEM FOR FOOLS. FINANCE AT YOUR PLACE HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND THERE IS NO REASON THEY SHOULD ALSO **** YOU OFF, SPECIALLY IF YOU WERE TO WALK OUT AT FROM THE BEGGINING. I KNOW THEY WANT TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY, BUT NOT ON MY ACCOUNT.

Rude, Nasty and Non Helpful. By far the most rude Toyota dealership I have ever went too. My friend and I had cash money ready to buy a new Toyota Tacoma and I assume based on our looks the salesman thought we could not afford anything but used. We both quickly got fed up with a pushy salesman dressed in a suit when it was 95 degrees outside. He clearly could not believe we left him standing there as we drove off. His manager called asking us to return. We told him what we planned to buy the truck for and he said he would call back. We never heard another word. The next AM we drove to Venice Toyota where my best friend bought a 2022 Toyota Tacoma Off-road edition. The sale took less than 30 minutes. The entire team at Venice was top notch professionals I highly recommend you avoid Sun Toyota if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle

I always have the best experience at sun Toyota, the atmosphere is great and the people are always so polite, yesterday I had tommy in services and he made the entire maintenance experience on my car easy, fast and he was very respectful and helpful. I will definitely ask for him again next time I need maintenance.

i had mike r. as my helper at sun toyota he was very good gave me good servive and found discounts that were helpful to me got my problem solved and i will ask for him again when i come in in 3 months. I hope things will continue that way he was polite and attentive and explained everything to me i give him 5 stars this time. sincerely ******* ******.

While in my search for a new car I visit about 3 Toyota dealerships and this was the only one who instantly greeted me and tried to help. My salesman was Alex and he was great, attentive and had plenty of information for me about the car I was interested in. The lady I was with at finance was also a joy to work with. She was sweet and understanding and made sure she told me everything I was signing, all my possible deals and got right into the numbers. Even when I had some doubts both Alex and my finance lady did not get pushy and respected my time and just made sure I had an understanding. Left with a beautiful car with things I was looking for and even though I pass two Toyota dealerships almost daily I will only be retuning to this one for any services or car needs.

I had the pleasure of working with Jen Raborn yesterday. All I can say is she is wonderful. She was so friendly and understood everything that my husband and I wanted and needed. We left there with 2 SUV’s . This was our first experience with Sun Toyota, and our first experience with Toyota in general. What a pleasant experience all around . Everyone we came in contact with was great and truly made this car buying experience wonderful. No one was pushy at all which was great. A nice addition to the dealership is the fact you have an area to purchase food . More dealerships should follow in the steps of Sun Toyota. We will definitely be back to purchase other vehicles in the future as well as tell our family and friends about Jen . Definitely a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ dealership. .
