The vibe here was decidedly empty. I wanted to try this place because it only has 16 reviews, while its sister/parent place is so successful. It seems this place was a bar before and Fletcher's took it over without a remodel. This is leading to confusion for the servers/bartenders because they train at the original bar and then come here to work. Everything is in a different place. This huge place is probably perfect for St. Patrick's Day crowds. But despite the Daytona 500 and Bike Week being days away, I counted 6 people there. Another server joined around 6pm just as a family came in to dine. I hesitated to give this place only 3 stars because the food and beer were surprisingly good. We cautiously ordered the tater tots to check out the quality of cooking and the cleanliness of the fryer. Even though they probably don't make the tater tots (they were exactly like Ore-Ida) these were as perfect as it gets. They were cooked exactly right and I love my tots. They were crispy on the outside, not dry inside and you could tell the oil was clean and the fryer was at the right temperature. I wanted to try the Fletcher's Hefeweizen but it was out. There were 3 beers out of ~10 that were out. I got Blue Moon instead. Hubby got the Hazy IPA. Both beers were very good and fresh, chilled satisfyingly cold.I was given an orange in my Blue Moon without asking, always a good sign. With our confidence bolstered, we split the fish and chips. I expected the fish filet to be thicker, but realized this was haddock and not cod. The fish was fresh and the coating was cornmeal-based, not fluffy but nicely crunchy and tasty. The chips were just as they should be. Good dish, well-executed. Come to Fletcher's Pub and Brewery! More people would give it more of a party vibe, enhancing the already great food and beer experience.

After seating ourselves as directed by a sign, we waited for 10 minutes to be waited on. Finally had to take a seat at the bar to get a beer. Food was mediocre and greasy.

My wife and I made our first visit to Fletchers Irish Pub in Holly Hill. In a word it was Outstanding by all standards: Food, Service and Atmosphere. Our waitresses were very friendly and efficient. I had the best Fish Ruben from anywhere I have been. My wife had a Turkey Club that was top notch. There Prices were reasonable . Since we live in South Daytona we agree we will return soon. I am so glad that Fletchers came to Holly Hill. And I absolutely love that there is always Irish music playing, if no one plays the jukebox. I love the scotch eggs and the french onion soup and don't forget to add the grilled cheese sandwich with that, yummy. And who doesn't love $5 burger Mondays. The only disappointment for me... on Monday $5 burgers, I have no problem whatsoever giving a quarter for tomato and a quarter for pickles and a quarter for lettuce, especially when you're getting the burger with free fries; but please give a decent piece of lettuce with that; not a small wimpy piece that's not worth eating. And for those of us that upgrade to the onion rings; many of us do so, for the great sauce you serve with them, so please don't neglect to give that. You do such a great job; don't skimp out on the little stuff like that. Slainte!

$5 Hamburger Monday (ALL DAY)! If you're looking for a good deal, you've found it! $5 basic Burger w/ fries, 25¢/most toppings (cheese, bacon, sauteed mushrooms/onions, etc. are premium). Patty is fresh ground w corned beef mixed in. (Upcharge for premium sides also available). Food is delicious and service was excellent! Different seating options depending on the weather and your mood. Pool tables available. Great start to the week. Grab a friend and go!

This place is great! I love Irish pubs and this one passed the vibe check. The bartender Bri was super kind and you can tell all of her regulars felt at home and super comfortable with her. Even greeting her with ecstatic excitement which was really cool to see people making this place feel like a home bar. If you are nearby to this bar, I would highly recommend making it a regular place to be. They have great specials on food and some of the best beers on draft!
