The server here was a nice guy, but this building looks like it should be condemned. Most ceiling tiles are loose and falling and covered in what appears to be mold. The ceiling was leaking in numerous places and dripping on the floor. There was a huge puddle of urine in the men's bathroom. I can't believe the health department has allowed this.

Very disappointing!!! It was 4 burgers, fries and a drink. Burgers were probably re-warmed twice and then nuked in micro. The onions were very gross and brown. Took one bite of and spit out! Fries maybe nuked once. The drink was flat. I think all drive thrus have an opportunity to hide old food and get away with it. Really stinks. 4:10 pm is when they should be putting fresh stuff out - not two hour left overs. Thanks for wasting my money and still being hungry. 👎👎👎

I was in town visiting from Tennessee and stopped by this location. I must say this was the best Krystal experience I have yet to have. The restaurant was tidy and up kept. The employee at the counter Mr. Brian was very pleasant and answered my questions about certain menu items with ease. Brian took our order and what seemed like second later our food was hot and ready! Our burgers were delicious and the customer service was great! Will definitely revisit whenever I am back in town! Thank you for being an awesome employee with uplifting attitude Mr. Brian!!
