The workers are always friendly but I ordered a 3 egg breakfast with grits and bacon with biscuit. I gave it 3 stars because the food should have been fresh. The bacon taste like old grease and the biscuit slightly burnt. As a pregnant woman this is highly disappointing.

So I went inside to place my order, ya know, not being "lazy" like the folks in the drive-thru.
After waiting 10 minutes, she just helped a customer at the counter (white male). She then acknowledged me to say, "oh be patient we're short staffed" Mind you I hadn't said a word the entire time I had been waiting, just looking over the menu and waiting to be acknowledged.
I then informed her, "No worries, I just finished a gig at the Crystal Ballroom on the beach, and I'm just ready to get back home to Jacksonville and I haven't ate all day."
After waiting another 8 minutes, she proceeds to take someone in the drive-thru order and makes drinks, etc, and gets those orders out the window.
Now I'm slightly irritated, but still, I didn't say a word, just patiently waited. She then asks me, "Do you know what you want? Are you ready to order?"
N I'm like, uhh yeah! I placed my order and went to pay. They apparently don't have tap to pay, so I was like ok I'm going to get my wallet.
I came back in. She wasn't in sight, and at that point, I was over it and spotted the McDonald's next door.
Granted, I understand that every restaurant may experience staff shortages, but I think it's important to teach the staff to be courteous and make sure ALL CUSTOMERS feel valued.

Stopped to grab breakfast on my way to work. I ordered a Grits, sausage and cheese bowl. I received a grits, sausage, eggs and cheese bowl with hair in it. I paid almost $9 and could only eat my hash browns and drink my flat root beer. Couldn't leave work to return it so I just threw it away. Will not be eating from here anymore.

I didn't even know about crystals. All my life, their French fries are amazing. Forget McDonald's which McDonald's fries are the best. But crystals, French fries, I'm in love with. I will definitely be eating there at least once a month. And if I only eat fast food once a month, it will be Crystals, and they got new crystal burgers with bacon, amazing
Food is good, hot but really overpriced. Never a line in the drive through lately with the prices.

I cannot believe I just spent $14 on this mess… money is hard to come by. I preferred the #1 and the spicy Krystal’s chick. I want a refund. Spent my lunch break and money on mess. The chicken was half raw and the Krystal’s were super old and seemed to be bloody…the only thing I could eat were the fries and drink the soda

Great, when Diane is working! Went to Krystal today 10/21/24 food was wrong, what I order. I order a number 1. Never asked for cheese! Fries were loaded with salt. Cant have cheese. So, returned them. And the burgers they gave me I woundnt feed to a staving dog!!!! Can't believe they gave me food that should have been thrown out. Nasty, never again will I go there.
