The drive thru is insanely busy. I feel bad for the staff. Whomever is the Franchise owner of this location needs to add staff during peak hours. 10pm to 3am figure on waiting 15 to 20min.

We only got a little ranch and wouldn’t let us get more I tried to get a tea that was missing from my order and I couldn’t get it until awhile while in the store so many ppl we’re complaining about how there order was wrong there was open apples in the happy meal and they were bitten my cousin had a full bitten chicken nugget I ordered a plain cheeseburger and got a double cheeseburger witth everything on it and WAY WAYYY more never coming back

I am never coming to this Mc Donald’s I ordered a 4 peace chicken nugget and I had 5 but that 5th on was eaten and ordered a plain cheese burger and we got everything on it. So disappointed.

I ordered caramel frappe and got a lemonade. My driver didn’t know since the delivery bags are sealed. If the machine was broken, the overnight worker could’ve at least told the driver so i could pick something else, but no communication whatsoever is unacceptable

Service was excellent, store was impeccably clean, & The food was tasty and generous, on top of that employees such as Lisa are a delight; however, the only reason I’m giving this you are one star is because the manager seems to have an attitude with every employee she talks to, today she had an attitude with me as well, and even though everything else was excellent her behavior has brought this review down to one star

No absolutely not. I already hate this company I decide to give them another chance. never have I ever had a good experience since before 2014 regardless of price which now they charge luxury prices for their food. I’ve now been waiting over two hours for my order dear lord please just call me and tell me you don’t feel like making it. this isn’t a food company it’s a disappointment creator. You are better off eating your arm. If every McDonald’s in the world closed down it would be a net positive. Please eat literally anything else. Period. Full stop.

Unfortunately, this is my local McDonald’s so I am forced to eat here. 99% of the time the order is wrong. The customer service is terrible and takes forever to get your food. Literally the worst McDonald’s in the country.
For some reason, this mcdonald's, you can't handle the amount of people coming through. They are very nice people, but it is frustrating because when they're running the lines. And drive through, there's always one, it goes significantly slower and it should be both of them being worked consistently at the same time.Because no one wants to sit behind the slow poke line. Also I recommend if you're using the app and ordering ahead that that second line or the first line should be only for order ahead customers since we've already done I have to work for them by preordering.

This was the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to took them 30 minutes to give me a fries 30 minutes to give me chicken and tell me why my burgers came out before I eat my other food before you even got the food. It was already 20 minutes I had sat here.
