Tried placing two orders this morning. The first was with the Atlantic Ave Store which wasted no time in telling me to go kick rocks. They were the closest store to me. Advised me to call the Holly Hill store. So I called the Holly Holly Hill store first confirming that they DID deliver to my location. Placed the order and got a call 5 minutes later telling me that they DID NOT deliver to my address in the middle of Daytona Beach. Spent nearly 20 minutes trying to place an order and got NOTHING. These people spend millions of dollars advertising so that they can deliver nothing.

Pizza is decent...the location of this Papa Johns NEVER WELCONED My Husband in and made him sit there while our pizza had been done. He said we will not be using this Papa John's anynore... Shaq would be extremely displeased 🤣ðŸ˜

My pizza was great and this has nothing to do with the staff. This bad review is 100% directed at Papa johns for making their workers suffer. When I walked into the store, it was extremely hot. Immediately could tell the A/C was not working. I asked how long the a/c had been out and the workers said months. I'm appalled that a multi-million company would force their workers to work in such conditions. Not even portable a/c's until the big unit is fixed. This is definitely an Osha violation, let alone inhumane. I bet anything that the regional managers and up wouldn't be suffering in that heat... Papa johns, you need to do better for your employees.

I ordered two pizzas to be delivered and they use Door Dash now, so that is who was assigned. When we got the pizzas one was basically okay, but the other was SHREDDED. Like someone turned that box sideways 🤣 Anyways, I tried to send a complaint through Door Dash, but they said I had to contact the store. I went online and sent an email about getting a refund or just one other pizza and the manager was so cool about it. He apologized, said he would replace both of them, and we had a super smooth time walking in and getting them replaced. I know you can't control everything and I feel like they handled the recovery very well. 10/10 service and the employees were super nice.
Parking: It's a little plaza with not a lot going on at one time, so theres always parking.
Kid-friendliness: It's just a walk in with a bench, so definitely a grab it and go. There isnt anywhere to eat there. But there is some parks nearby if you go east from that plaza to the river.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accesible, but it does not have an automatic door.

I was cheated out of 11dollers the Pizza was nasty and cold I was refunded my 10the next day and the guy name Bruce was brushing his teeth and he tried to hide and he still trisd to take my order all that toothpaste began to drip from his mouth he went got tissue to wipe his mouth up and his gum was bleeding how he didn't use gloves or wash his hands he went on and rolled the dough this was very unprofessional this year is the Papa John off of LPGA in Nova road if I can rate you a zero I would that store don't deserve a zero

Ordered at 9:30 pm, it's now 11:55 pm and the store wont answer the phone. Got passed around on the phone like it was a game. place used to be good, total dung show now. you guys really suck using door dash, maybe tell corp to shove it.
I called and order and the gentleman on the phone wasn't understanding my order- so I repeated it to him numerous times and my husband went and picked up the pizza and the order was wrong. I tried calling to get it corrected no one is picking up not even the manager line. I'm very disappointed in my food and customer service.

I ordered a pizza, they messed up the order, and the driver must have braked heavily because what I got was a mess (see pic). Upon calling them, the manager insinuated that I was lying. I've ordered hundreds of dollars of pizza from them over the years. No more.
