you can't manage a restaurant of that size from the kitchen I suggest you hire a girl or guy to manage the front end of the restaurant you can use the manager for cashing out and seating people at tables but the manager will have the last say on anything going on in the dining room so the kitchen can do their work and you want you wouldn't have so many customers thinking about walking out or being disappointed on how things are being done
Came out cold. And we waited!
It’s not a typical dinner, ya know good portion & hot 🥵 on the plate.

I had been wanting to try Simply Ginas for quite some time,because it was highly recommended.
My friend and i went today around 12:30pm
The sign outside says “wait to be seated” but a server said”just sit where you want”.at the time there were maybe 4 tables with customers.
