I just came from sonic ! Building is falling apart, bathroom filty dirty. No soap or paper of any kind. Truly a shame. Food was horrible and cold so Soaked in grease . All kinds of Condiments in the grease bag. What a waste. No napkins. I am trying to get a hold of headquarters. To speak to someone who cares. If I do not hear back from them I will call the health Dept. Someone is going to get sick being served that nasty food. Truly sad . When they first open years ago. It was so much a different place. And good food...

Stopped by after the Christmas Parade in Ormond. Ordered a few kids meals for the kiddos and a couple of sonic blasts. We waited at the window for roughly 20 minutes to receive our food. Everything was extremely hot and fresh out of the fryer. Sonic blasts were great too!

Worst service ever. Made a mobile order and checked in as the app told me to and then sat there ignored for 15 minutes (the order was literally 4 drinks). After two different employees working came to the door and made eye contact without saying a word i lost it. The "manager" then came to the door and told me he closed the car hop area and I needed to go to the drive thru. At this point my order is already paid for I then sat through the drive through line. There was no sign anything was closed....all lights and screens on and two employees didn't bother to tell me anything even after knowing I was sitting there waiting for an order

This place has went completely down. I do not know if it’s the people this establishment has hired or what. They do not want to do their job. The past 2 weeks their “ice cream machine is down for service “ but I guarantee that’s a lie. They are always sitting around talking and on their phones. Worst employees and restaurant.
Pulled in to order drive thru only got in a line got up to the order spot and they didn’t take my Oder until the guy in front of me was gone. Ordered number 3 with fries and a cherry limeade. Guy took my card and walked off near the front door with it to run it I guess why no idea should be right there. Looking around the inside as I sat there I highly regretted my decision to eat food there but it was my only meal of the day and I was starving. I ate the burger but didn’t enjoy it because I seen the nastiest in which it was prepared. The fries in the pic hardly any in it I tried two and spit it into the bag it was overdone or cooked in old oil most likely worst fries I’ve ever seen given the experience I put the fries and drink in the trash by Publix. I won’t be returning to this location until I see someone with a little pride in what they are doing here. LOVE SONIC but come on have some pride in your location and brand. Also notable several people drove off from the wait and it wasn’t even busy worst sonic experience I’ve had in my 40 some years as a customer.
