Baskin Robins @holmes beaxh is the worst! We were the first ones in at the time and the last ones served! They need to be more apparent t if there is an ice cream line or order pay line! When brought to their attn they didn’t care! No organization at this restaurant at all, they didn’t even acknowledged us when we walked in
We walked in at 7:50pm and they closed at 8pm. There were two employees that just ignored us. We finally asked are you guys open and the female employee said “our district manager said we could close early.”We responded with your sign says 8pm. The employee just sat on break and did nothing and my wife said the sign says 8pm and the employee flipped my wife off.So we walked down to Holy Cow which had a line out the door but serviced everyone.
Employee went out of her way to make experience great for our little kids
A disappointment for a large recognized brand. Staff, we’re not attentive and lacked positive work ethic. Ice cream selection was sparse with many tubs near the bottom so you literally got the ‘bottom of the barrel’. An unfortunate experience for an area with so much competition.
We are staying in Anna Maria and I wanted to get a nice ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday! I knew Baskin-Robbins was at the Dunkin place so I called on Friday hoping to get a cake for late Saturday or early Sunday. I was given the number for a different Baskin location and was told to ask for Theresa, the cake decorator. When I got Theresa on the phone and explained what I was looking for, she could not have been more helpful!! She was awaiting an ice cream delivery so she called me back later that day to give me the information I needed. I ended up ordering a chocolate cookie, Oreo fudge creation with chocolate ice cream. I told Theresa I wanted to get it at 7:15 AM on Sunday. She told me it would be there. She even called again on Saturday to confirm my choices. We got to Dunkin early and I honestly was BLOWN away that the cake was there !! It was so delicious that our entire “party” of 6 enjoyed it for two nights!! Theresa is an incredible asset to Baskin and does a GREAT job!!
The friendliest staff and best ice cream cakes!
Ice cream was good but felt terrible for the girl waiting on us. She just stood there until I asked very politely for a single waffle cone. She never smiled and did not speak. I just felt sorry for someone so sad about their job.
My kids were begging to go here because they have seen commercials, I wish we would have spent our money at a locally owned ice cream shop instead. The employees had no clue what was going on and took forever. We were the only customers in there and it probably took 15 minutes to scoop the ice cream and pay. It also did not feel clean in the store. They also did not have many flavors available. The only positive was that the kids cups were cute and my girls were happy with the ice cream.
We went in there at 7:45 and were told they are closed. I reminded them of the time. After we walked out another lady walked in, and apparently told the same thing because a she walked out also. If the sign on the door says 8:00 for closing, then you should still be serving people up until 8. I’ve worked in places like that when I was a kid, and we never closed until the time on the door. And then we locked the doors. The doors were obviously open and they were very rude.

New clean a great place to get your sugar. In strip mall with lots of parking near Holmes public beach. Great store combo
Excellent service! Delicious ice cream! Clean happy environment. The manager was very friendly. Definitely coming back!
Kids went here daily during our week long stay so much that the staff started giving free dozen donuts last three times they went! Great customer service!!
Stopped by Saturday night. Both ladies looked like they had been working hard all day! However, both were extremely friendly and gave my family and I large scoops! Maybe that's the norm, but we thought it was great! Thanks so much , we'll definitely visit again-maybe for donuts next time!
