Duffy's Tavern, Bar, and Grill

With the demise of the Rod and Reel we needed a place to go for a cold beer and food after our walk at bean point. We started frequenting Duffy’s. Prices are reasonable, the beer is cold and they make a great hot dog. We also were happy to see our favorite bartender Betty from Bortels is now at Duffys. So we highly recommend this great local establishment! FYI it is cash only .

Very rude and unhelpful staff.

We ordered dinner at Duffy’s for a large group of 12 after reading good reviews. The burgers were by far the best we’ve had on the island and the bean soup was absolutely amazing (it was the bartender’s grandmother’s family recipe)! The staff are all super friendly, the prices can’t be beat, and it has that authentic, family owned feel that you just can’t find in chain restaurant/bars. We will definitely be back before the end of our trip and we would highly recommend!

I ate at Duffy’s this again this week since I was in town visiting family, the burger and the navy bean soup were excellent and the beer was cold. I’ll definitely return next time I’m in town for lunch.

Short great menu, out of this world potatoe salad, tasty pulled pork sandwich. Cash only. Amazing prices. AMI must!

Awesome mom and pop spot. Food was very fresh and delicious. Great value. You can tell many locals come here. Has that local vibe. Not a tourist trap like down the street.
