This is the best burger and grilled cheese place we have been to. Cash only and order at the bar. No bs from the servers. Juat order a burger all the way, grab a frosty mug with beer and enjoy.

Best burgers on the island. Burger itself has a great taste and options are terrific. Beer truly is ICE COLD. Atmosphere is 1000% local. Simply walk in and you are part of the crowd!!

There is not table service for food and drinks, so if you are not at the bar, small area, you need to get everything yourself. Food is good, limited menu opinions. If you are look for some drinks and something little to eat, it is a good option.

Delicious burger options! 1/4 lb burger patty so could definitely add another. Friendly staff with family atmosphere. Cash only but have an atm inside. Variety of chips to choose as a side so we didn’t miss fries!

Great laid back atmosphere! Burgers were great and had one of the best chicken noodle soups I’ve ever had (happened to be a special since it was cold). Staff was nice and had football games on.

After hearing about Duffy’s we figured we’d give it a try. When googling the menu $5 burgers got our attention. There are no $5 burgers. Please update your information on line.
The $8 burgers were ok at best.

Duffy’s Tavern is a classic Anna Maria Island spot — great burgers, cold drinks, and that no-frills local charm that makes it special. It’s cash only, and they don't have fries....but absolutely worth it. We loved it and will definitely be back next time we’re on the island!
