First time in AMI and came across this charming bagel and coffee shop. It's been our go-to place every morning. Coffee is better than the big name shops. The bagels are fresh, hot and delivered with a smile. Definitely a great way to start our day on this amazing island. My only wish is that we could stay longer so I could try their whole menu!

Love this place! The gal that owns the place is a real gem. She is no nonsense, no BS. She wisely advised us not to order 2 of the club sandwiches, telling us 1 of them would be big enough for us both, and she was right. She even split it onto separate plates and gave us extra chips and pickles. The sandwich was sooooo good, with REAL turkey and REAL ham...none of that lunchmeat garbage. The owner even held the shop open extra long for someone who was calling and wanted to order. I read some reviews from people complaining about her being rude, she isn't rude...she just doesn't need to kiss your A$$ while you hem and haw over what your gonna order. If you are the offended and need a safe space this may not be the place for you. If you like good food, you will appreciate this hidden cafe.

Owner gave my girlfriend a hard time for not leaving a tip. We never sat down and got served, just ordered at the counter and waited. Four sandwiches came out to $50, I’m not leaving you a tip after that. Owner is a little too obsessed with Trump, like most weirdos around here. Can’t understand making that your whole personality.

Worst place in AMI. Not recommended for non-locals. The atmosphere felt off. When I walked in, it was unclear where to place my order. There was no line, just people milling about. Additionally, the place was filled with political signs, giving the impression that they aren't keen on attracting visitors from outside the area.
