We used to love going here, back when Dennis first opened. Once they re-opened after the hurricanes, we kept going back and urging friends to support this small business. They were more expensive than a few others on the island but they packed a lot of ice cream into each order. They don't do that any more. You get a lot less than the ice cream place by the post office in Anna Maria, for instance, and at a lot higher price. I'm sorry because the flavors were good and we appreciated the attention to allergens and gluten, but I'd say our recent orders were about a third less than they used to be. It's a shame.

bad vibes and employees were not welcoming. they are stingy with the portions but the ice cream is great. wish the place had better customer service because my experience here was not enjoyable. do better

Skimped on the ice cream, bad vibes. But the ice cream was great. I wasn’t helped or greeted while the other person I came in with was attended to. I even told them I needed help and one of them just stood there. If you hate your job, quit. They all look miserable in there.

Small town creamery has solid varieties. The staff is very sweet and helpful. There are vegan options as well. They make waffle cones in house as well.

The flavors are incredibly rich and varied — from classic favorites to unique seasonal choices — and there’s something for everyone (including vegan and dairy-free options). The staff are friendly, welcoming, and happy to help you sample before you decide. Great place for families, couples, or anyone with a sweet tooth. Highly recommend stopping by for a scoop (or two!) when you’re in the area.

Delicious ice cream... But not great with food allergies so if you have an allergy I would choose somewhere else but if not DELICIOUS 😋 especially the home made waffle cones.

One of the few ice cream spots on the island that had accomodations for gluten free customers. They'll use a separate scoops and avoid areas of cross contamination risk if asked. Every flavor we've tried is very tasty!
