It was a wonderful dining experience all around from beginning to end. Atmosphere and decor was romantic and at the same time very quaint. Our server Sara was attentive to our table of 4, very pleasant and professional. We all ordered different alcoholic drinks, and each one was interesting with a twist. The Chateau is a gem. Actually dined at the NY location before we knew about this one being on Anna Maria. It was our anniversary and we were glad we chose the Chateau. Our dinner choices were Chateaubriand and Braised Short Ribs. The meat was cooked to perfection and the sides, (Truffle mashed potatoes and carrot puree) were delicious. Had a great anniversary dinner! The staff decorated our table with golden rose petals and ‘Happy Anniversary' sign. A little detail that made us feel very special. Aron was amazing. He was attentive but didn't pester us unnecessarily. He made great recommendations from both the wine list and the menu. Definitely recommend, and will return!
