Food was just OK. Ordered the fried grouper sandwich’s and it was definitely not the best I’ve had or even close to it. Fish was too dry even with the sauce.

We drove in from St Pete to visit bran point. The drive sucks and the traffic was terrible. But this place was like an oasis! Just as we were about to lose our minds, it appeared out of nowhere. Friendly host, quick service, delicious food and a cool vibe. We were ready to brave the rest of the drive after eating here.

Whenever I’m in the Anna Maria Island area I always make it a point to stop at the Ugly Grouper The Grouper Tacos and Polynesian Pineapple Grouper Bowl are fantastic! Can’t go wrong with the Shrimp Tacos either Fantastic live music and great staff!

Visited for lunch around 12pm, no wait. We love the grouper bites appetizer and the grouper tacos!!!! They have Dino(spelled differently) sauce is my favorite. Even the fries are really good. Def would come back! Agree on other reviews food takes a bit longer to arrive but we weren’t bother by that. However floor looks a little trashy, food scraps under the table, server station looks a little out of order.
Most of our large group enjoyed their food. However, there were a few that got really nasty tasting group of tacos. I don't know. I ate mine. I liked it, so I'll give you four because five out of seven of us loved it. Portions were enormous though I strongly recommend sharing every meal with someone else

This is the place to go for creative, tasty food at an outdoor place with a fun vibe! The twist they put on each item is just delish. The mozzarella sticks are ginormous and perfectly gooey. Everything we tried was next level yummy. Go here hungry and ready to hang out and enjoy the evening and maybe share w friends. The servers are friendly, efficient and available but they give you enough time to enjoy your drinks and food. Choose someplace else if you are counting carbs and calories or have lots of food issues.
