Only place to eat in Holt. Under new management. Staff is friendly. The grilled white fish was mediocre at best, but the sides were good. I will try other entrees and update my review.

Went to the restaurant this evening to get fish. Got there waitress took our order. Other people came in ,she took there order. 30mins she brought the other tables orders out. 10 minutes my wife gets up and ask about our order the waitress says let me go check After a few minutes she comes out theirs two more tickets ahead of yours. Thirty minutes later we get our meal. Had to send her back to get some of our order. Had to do that twice. Half way through the meal we ordered a burger and fries to go. We finished eating and ask about our to go order.she to check. Then came back its.not ready there is orders ahead of still. Thirty more minutes I got up went to check and ask about to go order . She looked and was sitting on side rack by register. Probably want go back. Mullet was old tasting and fries were cold. Wife got hushpuppies and I got none

It's called the cottage Cafe now not Susan's. I got a cheeseburger and fries and it was pretty good! My friend got pulled pork and really enjoyed it! We will definitely be back!! Would love to see some dessert options added to the menu!

Finally went for breakfast Friday morning since the new owners took over and it was SO GOOD! I ordered the Breakfast Burrito and it was perfect- not greasy thank goodness! My friend ordered one of the Omelet meals and she loved it as well.
Super excited for a new breakfast place, as well as other meals!

Wife and I stopped here on a long drive home to get some lunch and get out of the rain. Food was hot and delicious, Service was quick and the waitress was very nice. Inside is what you would expect of a small local diner but it was all clean and the bathrooms were well kept. Honestly can't ask for more if you need a place to recharge on a road trip.

Need to fix web site. Says open untill 730 pm. Arrived at 4 pm and lady said closed. I quess we have a bunch of 1st graders doing web site. People come a long way to be closed
