I ordered the "lasagna with chorizo"...it was exceptional! This variation is spicier than regular, beef lasagna; but oh, so delicious. It comes with 2 garlic rolls that perfectly complement the dish.

So…Cuban Pizza? Ok. So it’s basically Sicilian style pizza made into a circle (not square) and without the crust.Now for the Chorizo Lasagna; we’ll it’s not bad. Tomato sauce could have been better. But I love the fact that it was cooked all the way through, which is pretty rare even for “Italian restaurants.”Conclusion…Well done 4J’s! You managed to make a good lasagna and pizza that meet my very high standards in pizza and pasta.
