This is the worse BK in FLORIDA!! Rather it is drive through delivery. It is horrible. It’s a shame that we have to drive to neighboring BK’s just to get fresh consumable food. This has been going on for a very long time. Today I got a Jr Whopper. The bread was stale! Hard as a rock!! It’s not like the food is free. People spend their hard earned money on this garbage! This review is necessary. It’s been going on for way to long?

Horrible customer service. I get everyone has bad days but don’t take it out on your customers. The cashier, Porsher, was rude and does not know how to talk to people. I will not be coming back here, there are plenty other options in the same area.

So I pull up to the drive-thru this morning order bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwich the lady tells me they don't have bacon but I'm still paying the same price for the sandwich even though it does not have any bacon and I asked her it shouldn't it be less she says no I said but there is no bacon in the sandwich but you still have to pay the same price and then she tells me if you don't like it you can go somewhere else

Worse Burger King down south has to offer. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place causes someone to get food poisoning. I decided to give them another chance and food was cold again. Also the miserable and pathetic attitude early in the morning is not even necessary. No wonder there’s barely a line in the morning. Just fire the morning crew and start over.

Terrible, don't order from this store.They always miss some items or they send you mixed orders.Today they made both mistakes to our order, they didn't send 3 items and they sent us another person's order.We forgot why we stopped ordering from this store and today we remembered.Never again for sure.

Quiet Storm

The worst bk there is. They never have food. Second time I go to this bk and they don't have croissants. Only have biscuits. This is the same bk that told me they didn't have sausage for breakfast. They always start off with we don't have. Close this location down. The employees are rude too.

I don’t think I will ever give my money to BK again thanks to this location. I ordered two chicken wraps and they only gave me one at the drive thru. No problem, I let them know that I asked for two. They said I was only charged for one so they can’t help. I even offered to give my card so they could go back and charge it. They REFUSED. Said they can’t do that and that I have to make the line again (which was already piling up with at least 3 cars). It is not my fault you took my order wrong. Good customer service would be to make your mistake right, not put the responsibility on the customer!!

Went here Sunday morning at 6:30 am. Operation of hours says they open at 6:00 am. They were closed. I went up to the door and there was an employee sitting down on her phone. She just looked at me and said they were closed even though I said "But you're supposed to be open". She just kept looking at her phone.
