I ordered the 2 for $6.50 and I made it a meal for $2 or $3 more. I also ordered an apple pie for $1. My receipt on the bag displayed the correct amount $13.26 but the guy at the window added $4 to it demanding $17.26. I paid it bc my kids were ready to go after waiting for someone to take my order since the robot malfunctioned or couldn’t process what I was saying. He took an extremely long time to come to the mic and take my order or correct it. He was rude and arrogant. This is unacceptable. Then there was a thumb print on my burger top bun, a string of hair on the burgers cheese-which was clumpy and unmelted. Finally my apple pie was hot in a little bag but placed by their hand into the bag. Just nasty 🤮 THERE SEEMS TO BE NO TYPE OF ETHICS HERE NOR ARE ANY OF THE ISSUES (MOSTLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY CHECK) ARE BEING CORRECTED. EMILY MUST NOT BE MANAGING THIS PLACE ANYMORE? Worst experience ever! I promise you, I waited for someone to come to the window. They saw me but didn't come. They took another person's order for pickup and left me hanging. I had to go to the actual drive-thru to get my food. Worst place ever.

This location has really gone downhill, and it's frustrating because it's the only one in our area. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and the employees are extremely rude. At first, I thought it might just be one or two people having a bad day, but it's now a consistent issue. I'm honestly afraid to eat here because of how customers are treated. Even though the machine now takes your order, the person at the window is still rude. The demeanor and way they speak to customers is completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning.

I've tried to call for 2days asking for a call back I've got no response. They. Messed up order bad and over charged me for the food I got. I will not go back to buy food unless they make it right I spent over 50 dollars and couldn't eat. I'm from out of town and refuse to waste my money on food not eaten.
Vegetarian options: I have family that has allergies and can not eat certain things. The food was wasted so money was wasted also. Not good enough for my patronagey.
Parking: I will not go back with out it being made right.
I went to get food on the 12/25/24 this place is a scam the workers keep saying that they were only saying large on 2 meals they charge me $35.00 big bufford meals they are such rip off taking advantage of the customers ..

This place ain't it, the burger was disgusting and the cheese wasn't even melted and the meat was disgusting the taste, and the drink tasted weird as well.
I recently visited Checkers to try the T-Pain Meal Deal, and I was disappointed. Even though it was noon on a busy Saturday, the food tasted old and underwhelming.
The BBQ chicken bites were the biggest letdown—they tasted like cardboard and had no hint of BBQ flavor. The Checkerburger was bland, and the fries seemed like they had been sitting out for quite some time. I expected fresher food given how crowded this location usually is.
The customer service was decent, but that didn’t make up for the lackluster meal. Normally, the food here is much better, so I’m not sure what went wrong this time. Hopefully, it was just an off day, but I wouldn’t recommend this meal based on my experience.

Employees at the window have no customer service training. We came in a moment ago and ordered via the window two cones, two strawberry shakes and one more item. Guy opens the window and does not greet, continues to rush you then once paid throws the window shut without even saying bye. Swirl machine was defective as everything vanilla was watered down. The people in front also complained about the window slams and rudeness. I hope those young employees get training on basic customer service
