Do not oder from checkers delivery they are cheaper but your oder is prob going to be missing half the stuff please just order pick up its easier and you wont be missing half your meal

This has to be the worst checkers to exist. They don't understand what you order ever. They get the order wrong, always. The emoloyees don't know the menu either and then give attitude because they do not understand what you are telling them that is in the menu. I don't understand why is there no one who knows what they're doing to run the show. Canceled order on the spot and wasn't even able to get confirmation that my order was properly refunded. This place is garbage. Never again.

They literally don't acknowledge anyone at the pick up window. They just leave people there waiting & attend the drive thru. I ordered pick up so when I got there it said my order was ready and it was not ready. I had to wait a whole another 30 minutes to get my order. Then my order was incomplete.They are definitely UNDERSTAFFED. The female employee just looked at the guy working the whole time and went to the restroom like 4 times while I waited for my food. The gentleman is definitely running the whole shift alone with no help from the girl. Definitely felt bad for being upset when it was just him doing all the work. He deserves a raise. My apologies.

I was waiting for 10min and no one came to the windows they were taking drivethru orders only and not the people that were ordering on the windows when I finally got someone's attention he gave me the excuse that they only had 2 employees and the delivery truck was there so I would have to wait more but they would continue taking the orders from the drive thru so we left and the rest of the customers that were waiting outside left too very terrible service

It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time—absolutely disgusting. That’s the same spot where customers receive their food. Completely unacceptable. I'm not coming back yo this restaurant.
