Horrible experience every time I go there. Drive through didn’t come to our car and we were next she went on other side and continue to serve people pulling up way after us. We told her hey we’re next who’s taking our order and she laughed. Next order they forgot something and I mentioned it they told me to go around again. Very bad service there.

I am a regular customer here and this chic fil a is very good. I do have a couple of issues with the preparation of the food, which include:
cheese not being same temperature as the rest of the sandwich or biscuit (happens in the morning)
Cheese not being aligned in the center of the sandwich (regular issue)
The fries sometimes dont have any salt (this usually happens past 6 pm)
Sometimes, when I come late at night, the tables are dirty.

I went to this facility probably 6 or 7 times only and today was the second time that they make a “mistake” with my order and they forget one meal . This is unacceptable. It’s hard to believe that is a mistake . But for sure next time I will stay in the line to review all the boxes . Really unacceptable .

This was the worst service I have ever received from Chick-fil-A. We ordered through the drive through and look at our salads. I took them back in and the suppose to be supervisor by the name of Steph had no care in the world about what was given to us. This is definitely not the Chick-fil-A standards I’m use to. Yes I received a survey and I completed the survey but have yet to receive any email or phone call regarding this matter. Please Be AWARE!

I gave this place 3 stars alone just for the excellent customer service and the ambiance and cleanliness.
This place was top notch in those areas. The associates were very good at providing white glove customer service and the place was spotless. It felt like I was at someone's home. It felt warm.
But the food was just gross. It's not the employee's fault. It's corporates fault. It's just nasty food. I would rather eat Burger King.

I had an amazing experience at this particular chick-fil-a. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was so good! I felt so welcomed! I will like to give thanks to all the staff especially to Devin. He was the kindest employee at this chick-fil-a that i’ve ever experienced. After he brought our food he then brought two toys for the kids sitting with us. After that he gave us 10 free cookies and we couldn’t be more grateful. All the staff there were very helpful and kind. Not only were the employees great, but the atmosphere was so clean and welcoming. Overall, i had the best experience!!

I have never been to a Chick-fil-A as good as this one before. The staff was all so amazing, intentional, & nice! The atmosphere was inviting & the place was so clean! Devin was the kindest to my kids & Jaz was the sweetest! The cashier was also so amazing!! The whole staff was so thankful for the kind words we shared with them! You can definitely tell that this store is ran well from the top on down, so thank you to the Operator for all of your hard work! It has paid off tenfold!! We will come back whenever we are on vacation again in the area!

Devin was the best server! He was super intentional with our kids and giving them each a cow toy which has never happened at other Chick-Fil-As. When someone wanted more cheese from our family, he was quick to get more cheese for them. Jas - the team lead - was great and engaging as well! The cashier was super helpful. They even gave us free cookies towards the end to top it all off! Never have I seen this level of service before and I worked at Chick-fil-A for 3 years!!! The place was clean. The food came out quick & the orders were filled rightly. The fries were the freshest we’ve had! Even the photos on the walls were new and more family friendly! I haven’t seen these in other Chick-Fil-As. They even decorated the whole place in Fall with the windows having art on them. Overall, just such a great experience!! We will be back!
