Horrible experience every time I go there. Drive through didn’t come to our car and we were next she went on other side and continue to serve people pulling up way after us. We told her hey we’re next who’s taking our order and she laughed. Next order they forgot something and I mentioned it they told me to go around again. Very bad service there.
I am a regular customer here and this chic fil a is very good. I do have a couple of issues with the preparation of the food, which include:
cheese not being same temperature as the rest of the sandwich or biscuit (happens in the morning)
Cheese not being aligned in the center of the sandwich (regular issue)
The fries sometimes dont have any salt (this usually happens past 6 pm)

I gave this place 3 stars alone just for the excellent customer service and the ambiance and cleanliness.
This place was top notch in those areas. The associates were very good at providing white glove customer service and the place was spotless. It felt like I was at someone's home. It felt warm.
