I went to Chili’s with my sister and her boyfriend, and we had such a great time! I ordered the Triple Dipper, which was delicious and came out nice and fresh. Our server, Fred, honestly made the whole experience amazing. He was super sweet, calm, and really attentive the entire time. He checked on us often without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. You could tell he cared about his customers. It turned a regular meal into a really nice day out. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had at Chili’s!

Me and family Went to Chili’s today, and for the first time ever they asked for my ID. I explained they’ve never asked before and even offered a photo, but the manager refused to make an exception. Funny how rules suddenly matter when consistency never did. I understand about the policy but is wrong when they let their community used to no ID and then ID is asked. They should use common sense too, because I shouldn't look 20 years old either.

Came here Saturday night at 10 pm with my gf and our little siblings and had Fred as our waiter and he was great, super kind and gentle and just had a great calm energy to him love it, he was very attentive and the service was just great. Thank you sm Fred.

Good restaurant, not much to complain about. The staff are friendly, and the service is great. The temperature inside could be a few degrees warmer to create a more comfortable atmosphere. You’ll definitely need a sweater or jacket, it’s not very pleasant to sit inside with just a light shirt, as it’s quite cool.
This review is for Janine she was amazing I called in to fix my take out order because I forgot to take out jalapeños in the Quesadillas and when I came in there was a hold on my order because she was kind enough to make sure there wasn’t any jalapeños due to an allergy or whatever reason. So I waited patiently for it to get fixed but that was rlly nice of her for makeing sure there wasn't any because I couldve gone home and have the order messed up if it wasn't for her so thank you!!!

The manager that is an older lady refused service to me and my group because we were in bikini tops. This chilis is right by the marina and it’s a tradition of ours to go after and we have been before multiple times in our bikini tops with no problem. I love chilis especially this one so this was super upsetting.
