I had a very disappointing experience at Chili’s. Our waiter, Jason, took our order and then completely disappeared. When our appetizer arrived, he left the empty plate on our already small table, despite there being six of us. As we ordered more drinks, new cups kept coming, but no one cleared the used ones, making the table cluttered and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when our meals arrived, only five were served. I was left waiting while everyone else finished their food. When I asked Jason about my meal, he simply said he didn’t know. Instead of offering a real solution, they just said they would "speak with the manager," which did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. Not even an apology was given.
This was a tremendously bad experience, and the lack of basic service and accountability was unacceptable. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent dining experience. Occurred Feb, 16 2025 8:30PM

We came in with a party of twelve (no reservations) and even though they were busy, they seated us right away. Our server, I think her name was Lisa (don't remember for sure) was AMAZING! Very efficient and attentive. She probably had 10-12 tables and still got all of our drinks and food orders correct and to us in a timely matter. The food was great too.
