Once again service sucked for take out. Arrived and checked in with spot number. Waited for 20 min and no one ever brought food out. I finally went inside and the guy at the take out counter acted like it wasn't his job to run orders out. Food was cold and soggy from sitting. If I come back I definitely won't be tipping for to go orders anymore...

The portions have gotten smaller and service is questionable. How do you serve fajitas without bringing plates? Why do I have to ask for utensils? They are either not getting good training or just don't have any common sense or care. Or all three? It's very disappointing.

Unfortunately, every time I come to this Chilli's, the food and drinks are disappointing. The sad part is, they're never willing to make the customer happy. We've come for lunch and dinner, and it's always the same.

Today I was ordering food to pick up at the restaurant. Among the things we ordered was the famous Molten. When my husband was eating the molten he found a chewed chincle in the middle of the dessert. After that we went to the restaurant because it seemed very disrespectful to us and that the restaurant and its employees had such a lack of hygiene, which made us extremely indignant about such an unpleasant situation. When we arrived we asked to speak to the manager and were rudely attended to by a lady named Merisel and she left us speechless talking to another employee about the situation. The last thing they said was that they were going to refund us the 10 dollars for the dessert, which they gave no proof of that and that was it. Definitely a more than unpleasant experience, we will not return to that place.

Wow. I’m speechless of how well everything was. The server, the service and the food were exceptional. The food came out very fast and delicious. Best chilis restaurant I have been to! I can tell this restaurant has great managers!
