I wish they prioritize cleanliness! Chipotle is pretty good but every single time when food is everywhere all over the counter and they slide my bowl onto it, or they have sour cream or cheese in the hot sauce I just walk straight out. Chipotle NEEDS to start making sure that the counters and stuff are wiped down hourly AT LEAST. It’s disgusting to see really.

I came there it was nasty and dirty crumbs everywhere, the lady was wiping the crumbs down off the counter with her gloves then she proceeded to stick her hand in the cheese and sprinkled it on a costumers salad with the same nasty gloves. I was the next costumer so I asked her to change her gloves after what I saw and then she made my food so spicy my kids throat was burning and had to drink like 5 refills of juice so we ended up throwing the food in the trash can because it was to spicy i paid 14.74$ for NOTHING. Moral of the story, God sees everything and nobody in this life will get away with anything so I'll take my loss and will not return to that restaurant ever again

Incredibly disappointed. I have been. Coming here for 3 years. Always ordering the same exact thing. A kids quesadilla. White rice black beans and chicken. They give me a side of cheese and sour cream and pico with a mini chips and a soda. Today nope. Lady lady literally told be not to expect free side. She literally wanted to charge $11 for a kids meal?! She’s lucky I have home training. She degraded me and literally disregarded my entire requests because I was in my pjs. As if I could not afford an adult size meal without any consideration that maybe I have a portion control meal plan. It’s not always about money. I would have paid it.. it was the delivery not the message. I’ve also reading other reviews recently having similar issues. I honestly will think about going there again. I’m laying for the food. It’s not a favor.

The manager is very rude she likes to go back and forth with customers instead of doing great at customer service. when asked about meat Portions. I told her staff. I wanted two meats which you can get half and half. They end up changing me extra for two meats when .I could’ve got the price of one. She told me.I had to request that and I have been coming there for a min now and always got it the same way. Whenever you talking to one staff member the whole front line steps in and starts talking as if. I was talking to all of them.it’s like they are trained on what to say to you about Portions when on the website it says if you ask for more they should give it. The whole staff needs more training on how to properly talk to customers without being rude and they act like the food is there’s .I see why people go in there making videos. And why they had this big issue to begin with. They need to hire better staff at this location.
Loved this epic burrito 🌯 from Chipotle! I had guacamole 🥑 inside it as well. This truly got me through with Day 2 coming back from the 🪦 and burial of my beloved Grandpa. Love you Cousin and all our fam 😭😭!
The burrito was stuffed and had to be double wrapped, which atp is pretty standard. Just about ANY Chipotle I go to where I order a burrito, double wraps it 💛.
I would go to this Chipotle when I visit the Miami area 😌🌟. ☮️
