Chivas Burger Colombia Restaurant

The food was decent, but the overall experience was poor. We were initially seated at a table with embedded bottle caps, which didn’t feel sanitary, so we asked to move. My party of four all received their meals at different times. We were also charged $8 more than the menu prices. When questioned, the owner blamed the server and the bank before correcting the bill. The music was extremely loud, and we all left with headaches. Won’t be returning.

Over price Colombian food. Bad Service and bad food. Not coming back. I dont know how this restaurant has 4.5 stars. Im colombian and the food is not good.

The food was pretty good here but the service was extremely slow. Not sure why it took so long to get our food. Server never checked on us until it was time to pay our bill. The atmosphere was great but a bit loud.

Best food and restaurant in area and one of the best any where too it'slots on menu so good the food So good! Amazing! And its affordable We go back we are regulars we go often because it's full of flavor it's so tasty and makes you love it! best food we love the chivas burger the beef empanadas the arepa with the chicken and so much more .. go go get it! The restaurant is so beautiful fun me and my daughter love it music and atmosphere so welcoming and it's affordable also the service is better then anywhere help you with order friendly and really good people there kind, the owner is so nice hearted person you love to see him

Ordered the burger and it was a total let down. They need to do a complete change . I couldn't even finish it . It was my cheat meal of the week and it was a total let down 🤦‍♂️

I had purchased 1 individual burger and also a burger meal, which included fries and a drink.
I was really looking forward to enjoying my burger, but unfortunately, it was a major letdown. From the very first bite,
something was off. The texture of the ground beef was completely unappetizing - it was mushy and lacked the solid consistency of a typical beef patty. It was as if the patty was made with some kind of filler, like bread or potatoes, rather than 100% beef.
To make matters worse, the burger was topped with a handful of regular bag potato chips, which added a strange crunch and flavor that didn't belong. A tomato slice was also added to the burger.
The burger was a total disappointment and completely inedible. The mushy, filler-like patty and bizarre topping of potato chips made it gross. I couldn't even eat it. The burger was a waste of my money and left me still hungry for a decent meal.
