Chivas Burger is definitely a place I would recommend to any lover of quality fast food. the chiva burger, the carne asada and the Colombian hot dog, and I must say that each bite was an explosion of flavor.The Chivas Burger is a delicious combination of meat, cheese and a variety of sauces that make each bite an incredible experience. The roast beef was also a success, with juicy and tasty meat that melted in the mouth.The chips with everything were the perfect accompaniment, with a mix of sauces, meats and other ingredients that made them irresistible. And the Colombian hot dog was a pleasant surprise, with traditional flavors that transported me directly to the streets of Colombia.But what really stood out at Chivas Burger was the excellent service and good atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive at all times, making sure my experience was perfect. In addition, the place is cozy and attractively decorated, which made me enjoy my meal even more.In short, Chivas Burger is a place worth visiting if you are looking for delicious fast food with a touch of authenticity. I definitely give it five stars and will come back to try more of their delicious offerings.

"A Colombian empanada by any other name would taste as sweet." - Williamcito Shakespeare, probably, 2024 This is a nice little gem opened September of 2023 and is based on the popular food truck that delivers a taste of Colombia in a part of Homestead chock full of robust Cuban and Mexican fare. Their strong suits are the fast food choices on the menu, though their traditional entrees- I had the bandeja paisa, show great promise for future iterations. I was helped by Lisandra who gave great service. I told her it was my first time, and she walked me through the menu and choices for beverages. I came with an appetite, so I opted for a few appetizers, the aforementioned entrée, and accompanied it with a classic Manzana Postobon. The restaurant itself was very clean and easy to find . There is a nice large seated area and feels like a great spot for lunch or dinner for small groupings or larger parties. Tip: order extra sauces. Everything is flavorful but these sauces kick everything up a notch.

I've never been to the food truck but we came to the restaurant since it's fairly close to our house. There was only one waitress in the restaurant and I genuinely felt bad as she was the only one that could help. It wasn't packed but you can tell the kitchen is struggling to keep up with orders. I wouldn't recommend this place for your typical Colombian Plato fuertes. My mom ordered a bandeja paisa and it was not good. Now when it comes to the fast food they are good. Everyone's favorite was las empanadas. We needed up ordering another set. Chiriperos, perro and an hamburger were ordered and they were good. If we come back it would just be for the fast food but we weren't blown away either.

We stopped by on Dec 31, had a masicito de pollo and my girlfriend had the sachocho. Both were super delicious, service was great, very friendly place and attentive. Nice new menu with a lot of items to order from. Can't wait to go back!

The people is very friendly. I ordered a soup which cost $16 very large amount. It came with white rice & banana. I didn’t like the soup because it taste just like cilantro nothing else. I tried to add chicken season but the taste of cilantro was overpowering. It was a chicken soup with vegetables but the chicken drum wasn’t fresh. It was hard. Now the white rice was fresh but it also was topped with cilantro. Easy up on the cilantro to much. Overall I give them a 3 because the atmosphere was friendly.
Wow, super delicious. The truth is I was worried because I don't usually try new places. The large portion, the food is super delicious!!! Delicious!!!! And very good attention.

Excellent colombian food option in South Florida, it's a very good example of a successful Colombian restaurant...you can enjoy not just one of the real juiciest traditional and famous chivas burgers, but also the freshest colombian food in the Homestead area and the excellent and very friendly costumer service and cozy ambiance; very nice personal; very fresh food, and very tasty recipes; clean and odorous bathrooms; place very well organized with a colorful colombian design touch with a lot of variety colombian original plates that you can enjoy; meats and traditional colombian soups are in the top of the menu, but also there is plenty of fresh veggies and other foods that you can enjoy and mix; great plates variety with great presentation; great drinks and beers variety...so HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
