I gave it a 3 because it was still eatable . But I normally like Crumbl because it’s fresh, but it was literally sitting there and not soft like it usually is . It was like a rock . It was given more like just something to eat . Was like I was given left overs rather than fresh ones, and I came 2 hours before closing .

Employee was kind of rude and it killed my mood, after I got my cookie and checked it and it looked like this. This is horrible and I know the cookie isn't supposed to look like this !!! Frosting is watery and everywhere

Brand new location is clean and service is friendly. They are sometimes out of stock of a flavor.
I usually get crumbl cookies but this location has the worst. Extremely hard not like the regular soft cookies. Wouldn't buy from this location again.
