Kuddos to the management team that was so thoughtful in their decorating for the season. I was so impressed to see how much love they put into it. From the parking lot to the seating area inside... I absolutely loved it. It is obvious that the manager puts his or her heart and soul into this position. The service was great! Everyone was polite and curteous, something hard to find these days. Keep up the great work. Your customers will love you and keep you busy. ☺️

I am not a person that gives many reviews, but I felt I needed to today. I used to love this DQ, but I am not sure what has happened in the last 2 months or so. Their service used to be so quick. I would go at least once a week during my lunchtime and I have decided I can’t go back because they are taking too long. They have a girl taking orders now at the drive through, kind of like Chick-fil-a style, but not as fast. Then they will take your order and ask you to wait. I am not sure why they make you wait before driving through. I just went and I was the only car. They still asked me to wait before driving through and then after I paid they asked me to park. There were no cars behind me and all I ordered was a shake. It took a good 20 minutes for them to give me my shake. Again, I am not sure what happen. I used to love them. I think they are under new management or something. I think most of the employees are new, too because I don’t see the employees they used to have either. They were all young kids, but they were so polite and efficient. I wish I could say the same of the new employees. DQ in Homestead go back to how you were running the place before. It was so much better.

This place always has an excuse when they don't have hot fudge or regularly on Sunday evening the chocolate ice cream is either out or the machine is broken. The attitude of the guy behind the counter didn't help.
