I bought 3 medium pizzas and I can’t even get a complimentary RANCH? For 3 pizzas? Pay 85 cents for ONE RANCH? SICK anything for money I guess! Never again

I ordered delivery on the app and when my order was out for delivery it said 21minutes for delivery then it said my order was COMPLETE WHEN IT WASN'T and when I was notified I called the store I got no answer I WANT MY MONEY BACK because the is really ridiculous every time I order from this store it’s always something last couple of times I order my pizza came cold which I don’t understand how is that possible when I stay less than 15 minutes from the store

If I could get this Place shut down I would. Walked in the store to get my pizza, and there was a woman Putting cheese on a pizza with no gloves on and long fake nails. None of the Workers wear masks or gloves. The health inspector should be called absolutely disgusting. They let homeless people sit in the waiting area and very rude and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in act like they don’t even want to work.

I had the worst experience in this store. I placed an order online for pick up. I get to the store and tried to pay I was rejected because I was paying with a gift card. The man behind the glass was extremely rude and unpleasant.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY!!!! I made an online order my delivery never came. After two hours on the tracker it was marked delivered. I lost my money along with the tip for the driver. They don't answer the phones; and don't give a solution. I spoke to an associate the following day after numerous calls and was told don't worry the money will be back on your account. It's not; I have never had an issue with any Domino's Franchise till this one. Please take caution when ordering. I don't even care about the pizza at this point; but the fact that the store did nothing to fix the situation speaks volumes.
