I placed an order for a Daycare to be delivered at 11am (Naranja Homestead location, they said it was going to be delivered at that exact time. 11:30 kids were very hungry and nothing yet. When trying to call answering machine was on and never transferred to the store. WORST PLACE EVER. DONT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered a med pepperoni pizza and a stuffed cheese bread. I say this because I expected the order to be completed promptly since the app said 12-15 minutes. I received my order about an hour after I placed it. I was upset so I went inside to voice my frustration but when I walked in I saw Jeovany (I asked his name afterwards) and he was completely alone. He told me my order was next but he had an order for 30 pizzas that was right before me. I say all this because even though he was alone for a long time he kept cranking out pizzas. While I was waiting I saw that a delivery driver stepped up and helped pack up the pizza.
Jeovany did nothing or of the ordinary. He didn’t complain about anything he just said “I’m sorry, I’m doing my best” and kept making pizza. I respect the fact that he didn’t complain and just held the store down. I left the store while he was still working on the giant order then returned once it was ready but by then everyone else showed up. And I understand that things happen and you might be late for work but I just wanted to make sure someone said something positive about Jeovany cause his coworkers might say “Oh my bad” or go and explain why they should up late. But I want everyone to know I truly appreciate Jeovany for the hard work!

Wondering why I’m being charged double for my food when I check my transactions I went back to the store thinking it was a mistake, the manager told me it wasn’t a mistake and that it automatically charged me double because I used a cash app card!? I have never had this problem before then I have to wait 1-2 business days to get my refund back on pizza I never received. I will never return to this location. That it’s ridiculous. It seems more like a scam, I always go to this location and never heard of this! Please be careful and pay attention to your transaction history!!!! Store #3128

I order pickup from this store all the time. But the last 3 or 4 times the pizza barely has any cheese it's mostly bread and sauce. Like they want you to have to pay for extra cheese. Please PUT CHEESE ON THE PIZZA! Next time I will check the pizza there.
Ordered delivery. Delivered to the wrong house or no house at all. They never called me notify me. I attempted to call the store they never responded. DoorDash ended up refunding me fully. Horrible customer service. Don’t order from here.

i ordered a pizza for delivery and the delivery guy said that my apt number didn’t exist and that he was going to go back to the store so i called the store and they told me that my apt number doesn’t exist but im pretty sure it does because i literally live there but anyways he said that if i wanted i can go pick it up but that they weren’t gonna try to deliver again, super unprofessional and just rude!!! don’t buy from here
