Almost every time I went to this Dunkin they have messed up my order. I ordered two sausage egg and cheese someone tell me where the sausage is in both those sausage egg and cheese ?? The staff are miserable you can tell by looking at them and they are rude. They have an attitude when you talk to them like you’re forcing them to work there. Some of them don’t even understand English enough to be able to work there and they don’t even care enough to fix there mistakes

WORST Dunkin’ Donuts ever. First of all, you shouldn’t be working in fast food is you don’t speak English, if you’re lazy, and if you’re not willing to at least make the drinks right. I asked for a caramel craze with extra sugar because everytime I come here they never put sugar, and they STILL couldn’t do that. even on their most quiet least busy days they’re STILL LAZY!! Awful service. Go somewhere else these people don’t care about their job.

Everytime I order from here something is missing and I have to ask the staff for it and/or the order I’m given is wrong. I don’t think my order has been right one time when ordering from this location.

The management at this store needs to do a much better job at staffing and resourcing. The employees are working hard and doing their best, but the store is consistently understaffed, which creates a poor experience for customers.
On multiple occasions, I’ve placed mobile orders for in-store pickup, only to arrive and find the doors locked because there weren’t enough employees to keep the lobby open. The drive-through lines are usually too long, and in those situations I’ve had no choice but to leave without my order, losing both money and time.
Because of these repeated issues, I had stopped going to this location. However, I recently gave it another chance, and unfortunately, the problems continued. Yesterday, after waiting through an extremely long drive-through line, I was told only at the ordering machine that the store was out of oat milk, forcing me to change my order. Then today, after waiting nearly 20 minutes with only one car ahead of me, I was told that there were no milk alternatives available at all—another frustrating waste of time.
The employees themselves have been kind and apologetic, and I want to emphasize that the fault is not theirs. This is a management issue—failure to provide enough staff, adequate resources, and clear communication protocols. Until these problems are addressed, customers will continue to have negative experiences and take their business elsewhere.

Been using this store for 4 years because it’s near home and convenient to purchase items for my children.Staff not fluent in English, no type of customer service skills and they never get an order correct. It’s sad that they are actually up and running. It’s as if nobody wants to be at work!

I placed an order by the drive thru and I had a reward to use for 3 free munchkins when I arrived the worker took my card and did not scan my phone I then told her that had a reward and she said that I had already paid that there was nothing she was able to do. I requested to speak to the manager but instead another lady came to the window and started yelling at me in spanish and telling me how I have no education because I didn’t want to listen to her yelling at me with my children in the car. She then proceeded to not want to give me my order for which I had already paid for until finally the manager showed up at the window and had to tell her to stop arguing with the customer he did not even try to help solve the issue and I ended up leaving without being able to use my reward. But the worst part is that they completely got my order wrong (of course they did not speak ine word of english)and my children did not want me to go back to change it because they were scared. I will never go back to this Dunkin Donuts.

The worst Dunkin’ location I’ve ever went to. I asked for the snackin’ bacon and an iced latte. The bacon was COLD as if I was given an old order. My latte was done incorrectly and when I told the drive through worker that I asked for milk instead of creamer, I was given an attitude and returned MY SAME OLD COFFEE THAT WAS WRONG. Waste of my money and it’s so disappointing. If I could rate zero stars I absolutely would.

I wish I could give this place no damn stars they are only nice to Spanish. They made a drink that was horrible no sugar barely any creamer when I asked them to remake it it was not remade but they dumped half off it out and filled it with whipped cream when I asked for a completely different drink they guy at the window told me he couldn’t change the drink in the system with the order I said okay fine then I would just like to order a separate drink that I will pay for because my child didn’t like the other drink. He then told me he can’t take my order at the window for a damn drink that would have not taken long to make because the was their arguing about it with me for at least 5 whole minutes when you could have been making the damn drink. But I know it’s a lie about him not being about to take a damn drink order at window you could ring it up on the register up front it’s a drink that’s cost 4.29 I use my Apple Pay and we’re done but you wanna argue with me the customer about a damn drink that yall made HORRIBLY ITS NOT LIKE THE DRINK WAS MADE RIGHT BECAUSE IVE HAD IT BEFORE AND IT WAS NOT MADE CORRECTLY NO IT WAS NASTY. I won’t ever come back to this location.
