The customer service is horrible here. I went to get breakfast through the drive thru. The lady over the intercom, Ask how can I help you? I asked her if I could have a minute to look at the menu. Literally 10 seconds later she asked me are you ready yet. I told her can I have a minute to look at the menu and decide what I want to order. And she told me we are on a timer. So basically because the company is on a timer you are rushing customers to order? Such a rude thing to tell someone. I left and did not order anything. Please do better. That is not how you treat your customers. SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They got my entire order completely wrong. I asked for croissant, they gave me a bagel. I asked for hot coffee with Splenda, they gave me a cold beverage. Then when they thought they changed my order, the coffee did not have the extra shot of espresso and no sweeteners in it. Horrible.

This Dunkin’ would easily be a 5-star location if the manager or district manager knew how to properly staff the store. On a Monday at 5:00 a.m.—one of the busiest times—there was only one employee working. This is when people are heading to work and on tight schedules. Long wait times could be avoided with better staffing. With the amount of business and money coming in, there’s no reason not to schedule enough employees during peak hours.

Came in and the workers didn’t acknowledge us at all I guess they were too busy in their own conversation, we had to wait for them to take our order. She caught an unnecessary attitude because we ended up wanting to pick our donuts. As we were leaving we said thank you but by then she already had a stank attitude. Do better in customer service please!

Long line at night as they close the store and make all cars order through the drive through- but it is a 24-hour restaurant which is rare and convenient with a drive through. I placed a mobile order to quicken things up, and was not disappointed! It's very conveniently located right off the turnpike, and the service was also very friendly! Best Dunkin' run I have had in a while! I will definitely be back.

Why is one person working here? They have to attend the drive through and also the front desk. I was here to buy and there was only one person in front of me. Can you believe it took about 30 minutes to be assisted. You have to do better. Please hire one more person. What you have is abusive for only one person to do all this.

In my opinion, When it comes to service, product consistency, and a friendly staff that cranks out the orders correctly, the Homestead location on US1 is hands down the best of them all. I truly wish other locations that I visit were as good as this one.
