Yulisia charged me $13.46 for my two dollar coffee because she charged me for the car ahead of me on 1/25/24 and I’m still waiting for my money back and it’s March. Can’t dispute it on my credit card because it was a gift card called Dunkin corporate multiple times and they said that they have to give me a case number and wait for the management of this Dunkin to call me back…it has yet to happen. I’ve already gone back twice since the incident and no one can give me my $13 back. Called this Dunkin asked for the manager myself..nothing..It is ridiculous at this point I deserve like a $50 gift card because I can say I went from being 100% Dunkin to only wanting Starbucks now. They would refund you right away. I don’t want to drink my freaking Dunkin k pods that I use for my Keurig. I have a cute little Dunkin bracelet screw that trash. I’ve never had a company just say screw you over for charging $13.46 and then not wanting to give me my money back... ya I’mMad. The manager is horrible here. Never going back.

Its a dunkin donuts guys. So far after coming here for a few years now i havent had a serious issue. When my order was messed up, they fixed it with no questions asked, just how it should me. Service is very quick. The lines move very smoothly and the food is fresh. What more can you ask for from a Dunkin. They open at 6am which is great for me.

I've been going to this Dunkin for many years and never had a problem. Went on 12/08/23 and went through the drive through. Ordered food and coffee everything was fine until I got to the window. I had ordered 50 munchkin Donut's which I told the girl to make them assorted. Well after she gave me the coffee I saw her with a 25 box of munchkin. So I figured maybe they put all 50 in it. Nope, when I opened there was maybe 25 and 90% were chocolate and like one jelly one glazed and one other. So I tell her that I will ordered 50 assorted. Well that's when the really bad attitude came out. I asked her nicely for the other 25 assorted, she kept acting like it was such problem. Idk maybe she couldn't count that high or something. She's hands the next box which I assume is 25 I'm not going to count that's her job. Anyway I ask if they are assorted like I asked and she said yes here. So I asked what her problem was and she says she's been there all night and doesn't want to deal with it. I work 16 or so hours a day and I don't treat my customers anyway but properly no matter how long I've been working that day or how tired or whatever. Treat all people with respect. If she doesn't like her job she needs to go do something else and let someone that would appreciate working do it. She was really young but definitely needs an attitude adjustment. Anyway if I pay for something don't trying to pawn off less and then get an attitude when asked to correct it. With kind of attitude nobody is going to want her working anywhere. Other then the rude girl everything else was great.

Went here for the first time the other day, the employees were very sweet and service was fast. I came here because my local Dunkin' didn't have much of a variety of donuts, this store had SO many donuts when I walked in, I was shocked! Got an Ice Spice drink and it was great. And the donuts tasted fresh!

I have came to this location since I began drinking coffee in the 90s the NIGHT TIME crew Are so rude and very disrespectful towards customers! I didn’t get a chance to get the women’s name but the Guy name was ANTHONY he’s usually always there at night, Dunkin lets do better with the hiring process.
The service was fine and the food was as expected. The workers were very friendly but the manager is the biggest pos. Humiliating young workers in front of the customers? Who does that? That lady makes herself feel better by pushing down those around her and depend on her for guidance. Will never go again after witnessing that. If you are a worker, please quit and leave her alone. Let her fend for herself.

I was visiting this location on October 2nd around 7 pm as I usually do every week,we were planning to have coffee and snacks but we needed to change the baby diaper first,we politely asked a young man on the counter if they could open the ladies room for us that we needed to change the baby,He told me he was gonna ask someone else if that was possible,he came back with a no so we decided to go away .To the person in the back of the store who refused to open the bathroom to change the baby I just wanna tell her/him you lost a good customer who used to go there every week to spend money on this store.You can keep the bathroom tight closed,I will never come back to this location.
