I being coming here for years and the food and coffee are amazing I always get my caramel hot macchiato. There was a month where I wasn’t working I was moving from my appt to a house down in fl city and for a whole month I went even 3 times a day. Basically I was running on dunking. Staff are amazing.
I placed my order through the mobile site and when I arrived at their drive-thru window no one asked can I help you or a be with you at the moment. I kept saying hello and just decided to drive to the pick up window and told the young man that I had a mobile order. Once he brings me my order there were 3 other young men just standing at the window. Also did not put any napkins in my bag. I would rather go to next nearest location for better service

This Dunkin’ Donut says it’s open 24 hrs but I’ve gone there a couple of times at 4am and no ones there or no one wants to take any orders at that time. I work at 4:30 and go out of my way to buy coffee here only to find no response when I go through the drive thru.
