I called to place an order and was left on hold for 15 minutes, so I drove to the restaurant. When I arrived everyone was just standing around with only 1 table of customers. Everyone seemed very confused and clueless as to what they were supposed to be doing. However, I had to edit this review because when I got home and tried the food it was awesome. Food great!!! Service not so much.

Absolutely love bringing non-locals here. The staff is absolutely fantastic, friendly, super attentive — whether it’s dine-in or take-out. There’s never a long wait and the food is superrrrrr gas. The bahn mi is so flavorful, the spring rolls are so fresh, and the pho… the PHO! Super tasty broth, warms up from the outside in. One of my favorite restaurants.(P.S — Was never a fan of boba until I tried it here, now I crave it, but only from here!)

Very unsatisfied with customer service. Called to order a boba and was told they couldn't place my order cuase it was a waste of their time for 1 boba. 0 stars for five spice
All tables were dirty with food of past customers , really big mess inside. Kids were playing in the kitchen ! They came in and out every minute , what we order take a lot to came and one plate was not what we ordered. Very bad

I had a disappointing experience at this place. I called for a pickup of a Bang Mih sandwich, and the customer service person asked for my name and phone number. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they had been trying to call me, but they didn't have any sandwiches. They never acknowledged their mistake in writing down the wrong number or double-checking. I ended up ordering noodles instead and was charged for two portions even though I had clearly requested just one. The staff gave me attitude, and I had to wait for 15-20 minutes when I could have gone elsewhere. This repeated problem of not having the sandwich in stock is frustrating. I won't be returning here due to the incredibly rude and frustrating experience.

Best pho in South Florida! I come in at least twice a month. They have 1 good server ? but the food is always amazing. Hopefully one day I’ll get my appetizer before my meal lol definitely recommend this place, just be patient though good food takes a looooong time to make ?
