It's an old IHOP building. It was very busy on the day we visited. The food was above average. The only complaint was the timing. It took more than expected to get the food and had to wait a while more to get some items. Breakfast items we tried were very well prepared. We will give it another try.

If we lived here we would make this our go to breaky spot. The cleanest, most well run dining experience we encountered in our any travels. The few times we went we enjoyed the quality of our breakfasts. Joseph, the owner, was hands on and when we complimented his restaurant he in turn praised his staff. How often does that happen?

Went to check out the restaraunt that replaced IHOP, was hoping it was not a clone in terms of food quality, Was extremely satisfied, the food quality is much higher than IHOP ever was and service was excellent.

We actually like coming here. The servers are all friendly they greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. Most times we come here we get Deisy she is awesome. We come here so much we even have a set table for us. . Thank you guys for always giving us great service but wait the food is pretty good too. Have always gotten our food quick and HOT better yet tasty too.

Very delicious breakfast, the Angus beef hamburgers are perfectly prepared, and the beef tips are incredibly tender after being marinated in a secret tasty concoction of the Chef's. The eggs were fresh and favorable. The hashbrowns had just the right balance of Crispy golden brown to tender shreds. The onion rings were ample and delicious too.All the tables were clean and prepared for new visitors, floors were clean and the place both appeared and smelled fresh & clean. The Wait-Staff were attentive and friendly. The Owner/Manager was also open and friendly.Parking in the paved lot can be a struggle, but there is a vast grass field next door to the South, flat and smooth. Water did not taste like "city" water, but I did not ask if it was filtered.
My wife and I had been wanting to try the Flagler Restaurant, and WOW it was awesome. The wait staff was professional and friendly, the food was perfect comfort food all the way. We will be eating here more often ?

Had a amazing breakfast here. The Greek omelet was amazing! Probably the best omelet I ever had. The strawberry banana pancakes were just OK. A nice meal to start the day!
