Moldy coconut cake. They grabbed it out then taped the box closed, so I couldn’t inspect it until I was home. When I pulled it out, it reeked of that mold smell after I cut it open. It looks like the cake had molded THEN they frosted the cake. Not sure how they didn’t catch it. The other things I got from the bakery were all stale and old. Won’t be back here.

This place used to be a real gem, however today will be my last time going there, ever. For the last three times I have been there, it has been a disappointment. Today I only spent about $40 on two mixed pastry trays where the pastries seems they were old (because they were stale) regular sized pastries chopped up, the pan de bonos were stiff and flavorless. As for the croquettas and tequeños were dried up and them too were stale. I will not be returning ever, and if you decide to give them a try, make sure you take a bite and try it before you leave as you may too regret it. They get 10 thumbs down!

Waited for a long time for the worker and some lady have a long conversation completely ignoring me waiting with my kids. Then i as if i can buy something she told me "ya. Espera" and continued her conversation.... I said there no customer service and i was ignored so i just left. Horrible. Customer service is nonexistent. Rude inconsiderate worker. 12pm march 14, 2024 Wednesday. The older lady, not the younger one. The younger one was working hard on someones order. The older one was doing nothing but talking... So disappointing.

Not the best but consistently reliable. Always open and the pastries are good. Overall a really nice affordable spot, just....avoid the food on the right after 10 or 11 am because I think it sits there all day...besides that, it's a good place
It is always delicious to spend breakfast having pastries, empanadas and buying good coffee... The prices are very affordable and the food is very fresh and of excellent quality... There is something for everyone's tastes, tequeños and empanadas if you are Venezuelan, guava pastries with without cheese, bun bread, croquettes, sandwich if you are Cuban.... There are sweets of all kinds and varieties... They also sell mini ones for parties and sharing cakes decorated to your liking and they sell breakfast and lunch... So if you are in homestead is a good option to go quickly and recharge your batteries
