The pastries here are my personal favorite in all of homestead. The staff is very kind except for this one particular older woman who is always extremely rude whenever she services me or anyone else. She ruins the whole vibe and homey feeling of this bakery which is a shame because after my last experience I won’t be returning back.

Very rude people. I came in to order fresh empanadas and they gave an attitude from the jump. All the employees were huddled around by the pastries talking chisme (gossip) and they rolled their eyes when placing an order.
They were very rude and didnt seem like they wanted to take the order. When I got the last eye roll I canceled the order and the older woman started cursing at me.
This place is despicable.

I’m not one to post negative reviews, but I’ve been coming here for years and have noticed a big change in the front staff. They no longer greet customers and often come across with unpleasant attitudes especially from the lady with the blonde hair she seems very miserable such bad business! When I ask for something, I’m met with looks as if I’m inconveniencing them that’s disappointing, especially as a paying customer who has supported this place for a long time. I truly hope management addresses this, because the service used to be so much better.
