Today I had a bad experience because my sister-in-law went to buy a kake and asked if they could write her something and they told her no but then the lady who served her came in speaking vulgarly, a number of bad words referring to the clients that make me sad, in fact We were going to buy other things and I told him to get out of that place because I won't spend a single dollar more there. The truth is disappointed with the attitude of the hostess or the person serving. A Cuban with very long brown hair. The truth is, 15 minutes waiting for him to attend to me, 3 people arrive and he attends to all of them first. I had to tell him, and he got upset and he told me. Then it got worse. I went to McDonald's. I have been eating at this place for 6 years and everyone has always been cordial and kind. Very disappointed.

Technically, they opened at 5am. I saw the first employee enter at 4:58 and 2 more at 5am, and turn on the lights. I was told breakfast was going to be slow because fryers/grills not hot/ready. Skipped breakfast and had the Cuban coffee. Very good. The bakery cases had a good selection of good looking goodies.

Horrible, the quality getting worse and worse, I ordered a bread with a homemade ham croquette and they gave me an old bread prepared 2 days ago with a stale-tasting ham and to top it all off with the croquettes that they sell on bad iodine sides. We went to tell the girl and she said that that was the house croquette, but she is selling me 4 house croquettes. Terrible service, the girls always have a bad face and the products are of poor quality. Horrible, I do not recommend it.
