Technically, they opened at 5am. I saw the first employee enter at 4:58 and 2 more at 5am, and turn on the lights.
I was told breakfast was going to be slow because fryers/grills not hot/ready. Skipped breakfast and had the Cuban coffee. Very good.
The bakery cases had a good selection of good looking goodies.

I came in today as soon as they opened to gather some pastelitos and croquetas for my mother and sister who were traveling back to a land that does not flow with these delicacies. The staff was friendly and helpful as they had just begun bringing out fresh pastelitos and croquetas. It's a pleasure to do business with this types of establishment.

The best bakery in the area, the presentation of their sweets is at a European level, all orders have been delivered ON TIME, and to all my meetings I bring food that they make for me because my friends expect it!!!! I ordered a fondant cake and it turned out like something out of a magazine, there is no Havanas Bakery quality in all of Homestead!!!!
